i slapped back sloots before, nothing happened to me. he had a camera and was filimg it, he had every right to defend him self.

Sensible lad. Always avoid using force if at all possible. As much as you might be morally and legally justified, the whole legal process is going to be slow and messy and fck up your life - endless interviews with cops, possibly while locked up, perhaps a court case which won't start for at least 6 months (common assault) or 18 months (if the other person dies or is seriously hurt). And if the person's seriously hurt, your employment is over, your employer doesn't want the media attention and anyway dealing with that legal stuff just became your full-time job. Plus you never know how the media will spin it and you end up with death threats and your girlfriend can't handle it all and leaves you and all that sort of sht.

Just not worth the drama. So you avoid it if you possibly can.

agree 100%

It sucks that it works that way, but you'd have to be an idiot to hit a woman in public in all but the most extreme scenarios. Maybe feel emasculated for half an hour vs spending the next X amount of months battling the justice system and SJWs.

Pretty easy choice.

I'm saying that because this was a response to other video where the girl did get knocked unconscious. A firm slap would be acceptable imo although still probably a bad decision.

Maybe it's a generational gap but as a near 30 year old homie now... When I was partying in college... Which BTW I'm from Jersey and been to many Rutgers parties just like this one... if you ever put your hands on a female at a party every one would be stomping you out. I've seen it happen. Wouldn't matter how dumb and drunk a bish is you just didn't do that kind of thing.

Sense legally, yes. Morally he would've been in the right to defend himself.

If he prefers not to for legal reasons or so he doesn't get jumped by wks that's up to him, but it's not right when people say you should never defend yourself against a woman.

And that's entirely not what I said. The fact is, we live in a feminist-extremist society where women are a protected species. You have no idea how bad it is in australia. You can't turn on a TV or radio for more than a half-hour without being reminded by some domestic violence commercial that men are evil abusers of women. There's anti-male propaganda everywhere you go. If the guy in the video had retaliatedin any way, the feminist media would've JUMPED ON IT and used it to fuel more anti-male sentiment. We've already seen what happened with the other case in america where the guy retaliated to being attacked by a woman, and look at how the media managed to spin that one into a story about the man committing a heinous crime against a poor defenseless lady.

I'm no lawyer, but with a vid like that I'm 99% sure he'd be alright in court...as long as he didn't go full Rampage Jackson on her. Just a slap or two

But the girl almost died from one punch in the other video where she cracked her skull. There's your proof right there on why this double standard exists.

I've hit girls before. Never punched but I slap them, I've done this before infront of people and they saw no problem with it. Had a girl punch, kick and spit on me in a taxi rank, I slapped her anyway and got into a mini scuff with her boyfriend. Everyone in the taxi rank just said she deserved it and the taxi guy still gave me a ride home even after what he witnessed me do lol

I also slapped my ex-gfs best friend because she kept punching me in the back of my head when I was walking away, ex gf and her friends said she deaerved it


Honestly...just strike back in the right situation and people won't question your actions.... You guys are oveerhinkinf this. I wouldnt punch a girl though unless she really deserved it...like pulled a knife out on me
