I mean it's a very simple fix, post a picture of your PhD certificate blocking out your name or anything identifiable towards your person in real life. With a piece of paper beside it with your username written on it. It's very possible also I know plenty of Doctors by 22, in NZ/Australia you can go to university at 16, you don't need a premedical degree either to study medicine that chit only applies in America the rest of the world doesn't do that. You also don't need masters to do PhD, in NZ all you need is an honors undergraduate degree. If you aren't offered honors your grades aren't very high you have to do masters but even then masters is only 1-2 years depending on the major, PhD can range from 3-5+.
