How does constantly pointing out race do anything for race relations other than hurt them? Answer, it doesn't. It relies on the assumption that anyone who does something wrong, and is white and the other person isn't, is a racist. What a ludicrous and ignorant assumption.

Sorry you can't wrap your simple mind around that.

Yeah, God-forbid someone supports law enforcement in a time where idiots hate and want to kill cops for the uniform they wear. You're a tool.

And if it really "shouldn't have happened", what exactly is your solution to fix that so it doesn't happen?

People are going to stereotype. It's happened since the beginning of time and will continue no matter how many protests or wining crying fits you throw.

You can't just override stereotyping that easily.

You sure as sh*t can't do it over night.

So let's hear a realistic solution. Let me tell ya, that's some nobel ****ing prize sh*t if you come up with one here tonight. That much I know.
"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

How did I ride their dicks you mouth breathing imbecile? I can admit when they're wrong, but I'm not a person who doubts everything a cop does because I have a brain.

Lol, like the cops know his innocence at the moment of this altercation. Also, how about you get on the ground when ordered to by a peace officer?

Read my other post.

I'm sorry African Americans get stereotyped certain ways. I mean that.

But let's hear a realistic solution to override those stereotypes (which all people do to others, blacks included).

PhD in psychology here (I'm actually not joking) and I can promise it's not as simple as flipping on and off a light switch like you think.

Also, How should have gone down if he was an actual car thief?

Just out of curiosity.

Oh because I don't subscribe to your agenda I'm not acting like an adult. Ok red, well you act accordingly next time you're involved in a law enforcement altercation. I wish you the best as you rage against the machine edgelord.

Beyond this specific case, can someone explain the logic of cops being able to arrest someone for resisting arrest?

In all seriousness, if someone is breaking into a car, atleast 98%+ of the time its grand theft auto and not "lost keys".

Plus the only thing guy did wrong was get out of his vehicle instead of waiting for police to approach which imo is usually aggressive behavior.

So i dont blame the cops for being super defensive and in an ideal society, the guy understands what went wrong and would walk away. But because America he will get a big pay day and people will wave the racism flag and possible riot.

Which is why the Judge threw those charges out when he saw the video. Police need to act right

this video is shown to many cops in training according to another poster (whos a cop apparently) it's a hallmark example of a cop failing to maintain control and order and it spiraling out of control.

its pretty simple and should be common sense. when you jump out of your car you could be concealing a weapon, you can move... when you're in your car, a cop can move to avoid you, your aim, and field of vision

you can't aim a gun backwards

you should be getting the point by now.... who the **** doesn't know not to get out of your car other than drunk rednecks and complete morons? has anyone watch an episode of fukkin cops?

the kid in the video who's probably never dealt with cops in his entire life
at least he got out of the car, and put his hands in the air
the cop that threw the punches at him should be fired though..fuk that bitch-ass motherfuker

and i love in the original vid how the cop tries to stop the lady from incriminating herself, she literally said: "I didn't mean to racial profile"

kid is gonna get a great pay day from this

you're seriously making the argument a kid in college doesn't know proper etiquette when dealing with cops?

whats sad is he was probably over ridden with fear/guilt he couldnt think straight and did something stupid

I'd also argue that the constant and repetitive manipulation with these types of videos and BLM is why this even happened in the first place.

everyone knows black and white people are treated differently by cops... but this blatant fear mongering, inflammatory video editing etc is trash

People have been scared before BLM was even a thing. All you have to do is "fit a description".

A lot of people get receipts before they come home for a reason
