In for chits and giggles. I finally have a home gym so I can actually do compounds with a barbell. I'm not likely to win anything, but it's fun to compete and aim for something. I'll throw up a video sometime this week to get something on the board.

I thoughts wilks took height into account for the calculation.
Bench 315x1 - Squat 415x1 - Deadlift 515x1 Total = 1,245

No reason to push too hard yet, June 24th is a ways a way. Steady growth will do it.

Ok, thank you. Yeah I wasn't thrilled with my pausing either, will work to fix that. Haha first heavy bp day back after deload, will have additional stronk in a month or two.

He is honestly way more lenient than what would be expected in any meet. Those pauses have people counting to "one potato, two potato" easily.Strong admiration for people who compete in meets regularly and have to work with those pauses.

lol actually I just "prefer" longer pauses. I onlyinsiston a pause long enough to show control

thehobbes showed she had it easily under control with no bouncing and the weight stopped. That is all that is really required. Pretty sure hobbes will be putting up 195 on her next attempt, anyway, so this one is just her space saver

I am going to get caught up.... but someone decided to post like 8 videos up there ^^^^ so I got to figure out which one to count

Will update the leaderboard with your entry, too, James.
You would be surprised just how much time I have to waste.

I hit the holding peg/pin on my left coming up(right in the video) and it scared the **** out of me. Other than that this was not a very difficult single. I am probably going to do normal training workouts for the net few weeks then try for tree fitty.

And this is why I fear bench in a real competition!! Much respect. A pause of any kind is a whole different animal than a touch and go, and a long pause is like an alien

I'm pretty sure Hammy will put up more than that before this is over.

So, my pause isn't as long as you prefer either, but I gotta post at least one entry, 100#. I did weigh fully clothed with lifting shoes on, but I am solidly in the over 185 class nekkid. Hammy put up the first strong entry, I will put up the first weak oneSorry if I did anything wrong, I didn't think I had singles planned for today until I got to the gym and didn't have a chance to review the rules. DQ this entry if you need to!

Would have put up one for 105 but first forgot to continue recording my plates and paper and then I missed 110. I'll work on at least 110 by the end of the contest. Hammy Hammy Hobbes put up the first strong entry in the women's group and I'll put up the first weak entry at 55% of my body weight....
