Not really, take Hugh Jackman for example, 10/10 with hair, 4/10 without - when he was bald for a while because he had to shave his head for his role. I'm already re-growing my hairline after 2 months or so.

But in all honesty if you are doomed even with treatment then just shave your head and hop on the hormonas and get a physique like Calum or Bradley Martyn.
Could also wear a hat 24/7 as well if you're super insecure about it.
Also grow a beard too that always looks good.

I'm in the same boat as you fella, all you can do is do the treatments and focus on other things in the meantime. Lucky for me my hair has already quit falling out and I can already see my hairline growing back.

If you go bald your maintenance level to retain aesthetics goes through the rough. You can be aesthetic if you're bald but it takes alot of work year round.

You have to be jacked and lean, I mean you're bald so you should be cell teching anyway, nothing to lose.

Went bald for a year, have good head shape and masculine features for it. Got with a few very hot girls. Lots aren't into it, but a few gorgeous girls are really into it. That said, I've had my hair back for half a year now (HT) and have had more/better success with women in general. But that might be due to other things (better attitude/philosophy, diet, anti-aging).

Regaurdless of whether id smash , im pretty sure youre not in the same age range as the sloots that i smash. I started shaving fully at 27 or so. Thankfully I have the facial and bone structure to pull it off. Also I'm 6 foot barefoot so that helps.
The hottest pieces I have pulled have been after embracing it. Also leaning out helps a tons, can't be fat and bald.

Guys make the mistake of looking at hair loss in binary terms when it's a case by case thing with some universal "rules". Some women prefer bald guys, others don't really care either way since it's all about the face, some require a full head of hair.
