Much like many accomplished "office men" I've worked a wide variety of jobs having been employed since being a paperboy as a child. It doesn't take long to work your way up out of turning bolts and digging holes to realize you've got to get an education rather than working the job a 17 year old can do.

*brb electrical, plumbing, automotive, etc is all childs play for me
*brb renaisance man with Uni, post-grad, variety or work experience, manage people, and talk all day
*brb not worried about chit
*brb get dirty and go camping all the time, but also got money to do whatever I want in the world. Being a tradie doesn't mean you can't own toys lol
*brb 8h days

Best part about being a tradie > leaving work at work.
Think I would be happier with a low stress job, but they just don't pay. So I'm applying for both and will see what happens.
bakery near my house > short drive, no special clothes, make bread/cookies/etc., wait on customers, go home
office job > commute, dress up, 50 hours @ least w/commuting and lunch, mentally taxing/stressful
