Night owl checking in.
It's all about the night before. Force yourself to go to bed early.
Most night owls have a hard time "putting the day to rest".
Set a hard limit on what time you go to sleep. You get used to staying up until 12am, and breaking that habit is the hard part.

Just gotta do it. I'm lazy as fuk and even my body wakes at 7-8am. Once your body naturally wakes around that time is easy as fuk

no matter when you go to sleep, you always feel like **** but your body gets used to it. So I just try to get 6 hours in every night and i don't feel any different than getting 8 hours.

tbh
- dont drink coffee after 4pm
- drink a lot of water (for some reason it helps to sleep better)
- open the window when sleeping it has to be a little bit cold for optimal sleep
- stop binging tv shows before sleeping the blue light when watching on a screen is very bad for your sleep
- make a half hour break from using electronics before sleeping for the same reason and instead read a book or fap or whatever
in the morning:
- put your alarm out of reach from your hand
- you have to wake up on the first alarm no sleep mode **** this **** (so buy a battery alarm clock dont use your phone boyo)
sleep at least 8 hours to start with and you should be fine.

Night crawler checking in. I go through cycles of where i'll wake up around 8ish on my own and then 2 weeks later i'll sleep til after noon. I got into a great rhythm when i was in the army. It was a total shock getting up at 0430 and finishing up 1.5 hours of PT. All day long i was DREAMING of lights out and going to sleep, but when the time came around, i just layed there

So test it out. Go to bed at w.e time with no alarm for a couple nights and count the hours you slept. Then you know how many hours a night you need to wake up alert. Mine is exactly 8 hours. Once you know these simple numbers, you know what time you have tobrute force yourself to go to sleep. GL.

Set an alarm, wake up to it and gtfo of bed. Repeat for a few weeks and your body will readjust.
It helps if you have something to wake up for and your mindset. Mine is if i dont wake up-> late for work -> i need to work for my family -> lets get this done and get the coffee brewing
(that last bit is a lie, i prepare my coffee the night before coz its hot af here and I like ice lattes in the morning)
We're all gonna make it.

If you have to wake up in the dark (or in a darkened room for that matter), consider investing in a sunrise alarm clock. Your body is designed to wake up when the sun rises, and this simulates this effect.

Get an alarm clock and a phone, put them on opposite sides of your room away from your bed so you have to walk to get to them. Set them for the same time, and then set them both to go off again 5 minutes later

I would just set a earlier sleep schedule, dialing back wake up time 15 mins a day, and then grow into it for a few weeks. Secondly make the waking time tied to some sort of goal, this way your not just getting up for the sake of it

You just have to make yourself. Seriously no matter how many alarms you set you'll still hit snooze until you feel like getting up if you don't force yourself.

Put your alarm clock across the room.
No one likes getting up early - that level of discipline is in your mind. Just make yourself do it for 5 days in a row. You can do anything for a week. Make the decision to wake up at 6am every day this week and just do it. Your mind will tell you to stay in your warm bed, but think how proud you'll be of yourself when you're up at the gym and everyone else is lounging in bed.
But yeah just do it, stop being weak-minded. ily but yeah.

Wake up same time everyday. instead of stopping your alarm just go straight to the shower and hop in right away and leave the cold water on until you actually wake up

I wake up at 4AM during the week, go to bed around 10-1030.....
