Locker room showers have individual shower heads for each person showering. They are also quite large, talking 8 foot square or larger.

A typical home shower has one head and is 36" square. The typical child is about 3' tall. That puts your childs face right at the level of your junk, with a maximum distance between their face and your junk of about 12"-18".

I took a shower with both my daughters when we went on vacation last summer. They’re 16 and 2. It was a huge walk in and we were pressed for time and had to shower fast lol.

*I still help my 16 year old wash her hair really well (I stand outside the shower) and help her shave her legs. It’s hard for her to get all the soap scrubbed in due to a tactile issue and she can’t see that great to shave her legs.
