These are the kind of cases where the perpetrators need to be tried quickly, found guilty, and executed quickly, get the whole process done in less than a week. The people will never be rehabilitated, they cannot function in society, for society's best interest they need to be put down just the same as a rabid dog would be put down after mauling a child.
