Just lol if you have anything to do with those mega churches. Low IQs of peace. Religious people get taken advantage of all the time, this is nothing new. Most religion diverges from actually doing good, it is pretty disappointing.

Some people aren't that aware to realize it's what these pastors are doing though. Rarely do I donate to charity either, I'd prefer to give personally rather than an organization.

I was born and raised Catholic and had to go to church every Sunday, even attend religious class after school once a week. I dreaded it because it was boring and I have trouble sitting still for long periods of time. Hardly ever go to church anymore, I find it kind of pointless when I know I'm just going to zone out and hope when it's over. I keep my faith to myself now.
I think Catholicism has done a better job of driving people away from God and church than any atheist group could ever hope to....

That's not religion, that's a con job. People are easy to fool in masses, the same is true for things that have nothing to do with religion. See fashion, see lifestyle, see what people accept as ok and not ok, see what people are offended by these days, etc...

People who read the bible and use half their brain when practicing their respective religions don't fall for this crap. Religion is here to stay and unfortunately so are con artists, get over it.

Lol...i dont think thats ow it works.

Pastors are taxed...tax exemption includes anything bought under the church/organization. Churches pay salaries for pastors and they have to pay taxes on it.

I would think having huge houses bought under a church would raise red flags with the IRS.

Many of the mega church pastors arent rich from the church...theyre rich from their merchandise/book sales.

Joel OSteen is doesn't take a salary but is rich bc he has mutiple best selling books.

Straight up con men and hustlers. If you're naive enough to donate to these mega churches, you're a sheep. A fool and his money are soon parted. Money grab in the name of faith, ridiculous. If you think that 10% of your paycheck given to the church will get you right with god, I got some bad news... Tbh I can't even knock these scumbags hustle. Perfectly legal, and millions upon millions of people willing to give up their hard earned money to these mega churches and fund these pastors lavish lifestyles, lol at them.

Wtf are you talking about?

That is ALL oppressive economic systems are.

Sure these people may be spending their money to fund these fools' jets, but none of them are starving or hurting for money so badly they can't afford to donate.

Rumors of extreme privilege also surround the two daughters of late President Hugo Chavez. Maria Gabriela, the eldest, is deputy ambassador to the UN in New York City and according to some in the opposition she is worth billions. Her sister Rosines Chavez is reportedly studying at the Sorbonne university in Paris.

In capitalism these are people who are identified and can be avoided if you have a 3 digit IQ, in communism these people are your countries ****ing leaders.

spot sold to jesus:

To the messenger of the church in Laodicea, write: ‘The Amen, the witness who is faithful and true, the originator of God’s creation, says this:

‘I know your actions, that you are neither cold nor hot. I wish you were cold or hot. Since you are lukewarm and neither hot nor cold, I am going to spit you out of my mouth. You say, “I am rich. I have become wealthy. I don’t need anything.” Yet you don’t realize that you are miserable, pitiful, poor, blind, and naked. Therefore, I advise you to buy from me gold purified in fire so you may be rich, white clothes to wear so your shameful nakedness won’t show, and ointment to put on your eyes so you may see. I correct and discipline those whom I love, so be serious and repent! Look! I am standing at the door and knocking. If anyone listens to my voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and eat with him, and he will eat with me. To the one who conquers I will give a place to sit with me on my throne, just as I have conquered and have sat down with my Father on his throne.

‘Let everyone listen to what the Spirit says to the churches.’
