It's because those drum sticks weigh 30lbs
I identify as a chad with a jawline so chiseled it can cut diamond, don't assume my genetics

It's the drumming. Requires decent strength and stamina.
I met and interviewed these guys once:
It was during one of their practice sessions, some of them had no shirt on, they were shredded as fuk.
One of them showed me how they lift too, using the drums. He picked one of the smaller ones up and did some overhead tricep extensions with it. Then gave it to me to try and let me tell you.. it wasn't lightweight. Non-lifters would definitely not be able to handle it.
Other than that pounding those drums for hours on end with the big sticks is quite the workout too.

dat dude with the ridiculous jelly muscles claim probably also thinks that the big black cock is in fact a self defense mechanism black brahs have to fight off anacondas in the wild africa, but it has no use for sex because it evaporates in touch with a vagina
"The flowers bloom, then wither... The stars shine and one day become extinct. This earth, the sun, the galaxies and even the big universe, someday will be destroyed. Compared with that, the human life is only a blink, just a little time. In that short time - people are born, laugh, cry, fight, are injured, feel joy, sadness, hate someone, love someone. All in just a moment. And then, are embraced by the eternal sleep called death."

Its because they are the most oppressed race. All the.negativity towards black brahs increases test levels. And everyone on misc that more test equals more muscle, warrior skull, etc.

Not true at all.
Black people's muscles feel like jelly because of the fast twitch fiber type muscles that only indigenous African people have. They are the only race that has this. Europeans have more hard muscle but it doesn't mean that it's necessarily stronger. That's just the way they were built. Asians on the other hand have muscles that are in between jelly and hard muscle. That's why they make great samurais and ninjas, because they have a SPECIAL muscle type called "Exotically-supra muscle twitch fibers", which gives them an edge on all other races.
There is a tiny island in the middle of the Indian ocean where the people have almost a "donut-y" muscle texture. They are the only group of people to possess this. But it gives them a huge advantage in sports, and scouts are always trying to recruit people from the island.
Asians can react in nanoseconds, blacks come second and then whites third. There was a study done by Princeton about this. I will post it once I find it online, but you will be blown away after you read it.
Put simply, all races have different types of muscle, depending on the climate and bone structure. Especially the type of skull they possess tells you a lot about a person. If you made it this far, I'm making all this chit up as I type. Das it.

Sorry, Unless you can explain biochemically what would cause the muscles of one person to be "like jelly" then I have to assume you're just making things up. The only gelatinous muscle i've ever felt was that of a diabeteic patient whose gangrene spread up to his lower knee. The gastrocnemius was "gelatinous" to the touch because it was literally dissolving and breaking down.

Edit: I've heard that Black people have a higher bone density on average but it isn't an extreme difference that would hinder ability to float/swim.

It's a well known fact that black pigment absorbs more sunlight than white pigment. This creates a photosynthetic-like effect and the muscles utilize the sun's energy and become engorged, making them appear much larger. However due to their smaller brain size compared to whites, Africans don't have the same high level of mental control over their nervous system. This is what causes their muscles to be squishy and not as strong as Nordic specimens.
