Sad news, RIP big man. Loved watching him train, dude went all out in the gym.

Cant say I am all that surprised though, I watched a video of him guestposing and he could barely breathe after going through a few poses.

330 lbs at 25 years old, mass aquired in a short time+massive tech usage+ no cardio = tremendous strain on the heart and lungs.

People usually don't die suddenly from respiratory infections.. it's almost always cardiac related or brain related I.E stroke or aneurysm .. so young , wow 😥

If this is true, anyone that lives near Flex's gym can go by to see if there are bio hazard signs up.

If you die in a gym, best believe cop's will have the chit locked down ensuring no bio hazardous material is left over. Might have to throw some chit away due to that.
