To think you can have a heart disease at only 24 is pretty scary tbh, even if he lied on his age and was actually 29.

that is interesting though.. considering his size and weight they'd have to give him way more through a feeding tube right? I'm sure it's by reference range and not optimal in any sense

sad af, what a week it has been in the bodybuilding world.
For each and every time your failures will craft you, until fear of them is gone.

We all wanna be somebody, we just need a taste of who we are.

Damn, really liked him, sad day.
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.

The real tragedy is, he dedicated his entire life and sacrificed his health to a profession that only started gaining traction couple years ago. The man is the definition of "fake it til you make it." Now that he finally made it, he goes and dies. Never fully enjoyed the fruits of his labor. Fuking sad.

A golden heart stopped beating,
Two shining eyes at rest.

God broke our hears to prove,
He only takes the Best.

Goodnight sweet Piana
