RIP if legit
Got huge respect for men who push the envelope and show us where the cliff edge is
Was one of, if not the realest fitness celebs
Watch him with Ric Drasin of you doubt his realness

sad af, what a week it has been in the bodybuilding world.

For each and every time your failures will craft you, until fear of them is gone.
We all wanna be somebody, we just need a taste of who we are.

Damn, really liked him, sad day.
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.

The real tragedy is, he dedicated his entire life and sacrificed his health to a profession that only started gaining traction couple years ago. The man is the definition of "fake it til you make it." Now that he finally made it, he goes and dies. Never fully enjoyed the fruits of his labor. Fuking sad.
