Appreciate all the kind words brahs. Here's a couple interior pics. 3 beds/2 bath

Also this is still the previous owner's furniture. I haven't moved in yet. A nice new paint job and it'll look great.

Mirin house, and especially for that price, fuark. You'd pay 10 times as much over here.
Also mirin private graveyard, be wary of ghosts though.

$165k gets you a 1 bedroom condo in the poorer area here.
Then tack on a $400 HOA fee.

I dream of having a house like that in England in my twenties. The sad fact however is that most people here have to settle for far less.
You are one of the lucky (and likely wealthy) few if you can afford a house with that much land over here.

Nice op. Thought I scored well getting my brick, 3 bed/ 2 bath house for 150k but you have a bigger yard and a nice fireplace. Love low cost of living areas, I live next to a lake and a state park and my mortgage is a little over a 1k a month. Really like the exterior for the price of your house, that exterior would push a house into the $200ks here. I also have electric boxes, what should i do with them? plant a shrub a few feet in front to hide them?
