I'm still not sure if this is roll bread, even after you said it was srs... but I'll play along.
9/10 physique going by avi, face pic you showed is not even 1% autism.

If what you said about girls reaction is true, here's some serious advice that will have every damn one of them falling all over you IF you can pull it off. You need to change the perception of ONE girl in a group (or to a small group of girls that are friends, but you act player-status to anyone outside of that group, they'll talk you up to anyone who asks about you and work your rep for you in a positive way).
Here's what you do - soften up to that one girl so that when you're near her you convey a look and tone that you like her, she's safe/secure, and you'd drop what you're doing for her. If you're at a party, your look/smile/tone changes just slightly when you talk to her but nobody else, not even other girls. Not in a beta FA kind of way, just enough so that she notices.... other girls will also take notice of this and it changes their perception of you instantly.

Don't F it up though, or you'll be the creepy ass fukker - figuratively and probably literally.

I also think its just a really bad quality pic mayne. I mean even a 10/10 lachowski can go down to a 6.739/10 under bad lighting and through a crappy lens.

You should really thicken your neck up, would easily give you +1.5-2 points on the scale, especially since it'll have good synergy with your j00cy bod (no homo)
