I was happier with my body before, that's for sure. I need to get back into the groove of things. It wouldn't take me long to get back to where I'd wanna be. But as of now, not very impressed :/

Not at all, but I look alright in clothes. I have the typical European body, from the outside I look like a soccer player. People comment that 'I look like I go to gym' but I think that's because of my face srs

I feel you on abs. I didn't have them when I weighed under 115lb and 13% bf... Tfw undermuscled. Now doing a ton of direct ab work and a very slow cut and starting to see improvement. We're gonna make it.

Currently 6/10 too. I'm not in shape after a year on some meds that messed me up but am off them now and seeing progress. Hope for 8/10 satisfaction by this winter.

I'm pretty satisfied. Took a lot of work to get to this point.

But there is always room for improvement, and there are times when I want to be leaner and times when I want to bulk. Being completely happy all the time is pretty much impossible.

This is right on. Sometimes I think I want to bulk to see how much muscle i can put on, then others I want to cut to see those results. I'm too afraid to bulk at my age and after doing a comp in my 20's I'm too afraid of that diet. It was pure hell. I like eating and not starving. lol

I really only like my back and forearms which is pretty much the only parts that look alright. The rest of my body looks like absolute chit despite me working on them. Fukkin sucks having piss poor genetics.

It's frustrating seeing ppl who dont even lift and end up having a better looking body overall than me.

Completely
The closer we approach the uncertainty of life's ending the more we wish to trade all of the things we have acquired in exchange for all of the things we have lost: wealth for youth, knowledge for fresh curiosity, resignation for hope. We'd trade our wisdom for new experiences, but it is wisdom that will teach us that at the end of the road the only new experience is death.

I'm at 11% bf so 8% year round would be ideal but it's way too hard without sacrificing size. Would rather be 250 at 11-12% than 210 at 8%.

I'm actually quite glad how much my body has improved in the past 7 months of lifting. Satisfied enough to not have many physical things where I want to improve (well boobs, but lifting not going to change that so why dwell on it). Sure everything could look better, but I'm happy where I'm at. My physical goal going forward is to get stronger, less so to sculpt my body into a certain shape.
