They should make the misc private, like you have to request access but there are no requirements, then get rid of 99% of the rules. It would mean no dodgy chit comes up in search engines and we could MMGA.

I remember the mod with his arms crossed in his avi (forgot his name) said a few months ago that he wanted the misc to be deleted, I think he advised the admins it would be best to do so. I mean why employ these people that clearly don't give a phuck about this place? Should have instantly been demoted from that moment.

I agree that e-fighting shouldn’t be part of the rules, or “harassment”. Let’s be real for a minute, I have my fair share of fanboys who follow me around just to talk shyt. That’s just the internet internetting. People shouldn’t get banned for saying someone is annoying too many times.

Some people seem to abuse the “harassment” clause of the rules, stir up crap to get harassed, making threads knowing they will get bashed for it, then report people to get them banned. Just killing it even faster.

I disagree. I don't like anyone following me to every thread just to insult me, and I will report. Now you can insult me all you like in the thread that pisses you off but if you're still salty about something that happened year ago, it just gets annoying.

I just wish the misc was on Tapatalk or had an app so i could get push notifications. That way i could misc even more and never miss a beat.

Don't care about the layout because it's the best out there.

If I recall correctly you did follow Jaymz from thread to thread making comments about posts that he made in one thread. If he weren't a WK, he would have reported you like he did to other people (I'm assuming he reported bigrangs and such, if he didn't, I stand corrected).

People who pick fights enough to piss someone off so badly that they get that butthurt about it, should handle their own fights. Instead of using the report function to call for help.

That said, I'm sure the harassment clause has more to do with certain female miscers way back in the day getting bashed. Or just legal issues in general.

I'm staying out of Jaymz drama, just brought it up as the latest example of something that could be deemed "harassment" since that's such a gray area. Why can't we be like FB? If I try to report someone for harassment, FB won't even let me make the report, they just tell me to block the person. You can't allow someone to harass you (by not putting them on ignore) and then cry about being harassed just to appear like a boo hoo poor you such a victim.

Did you put these people on ignore? I haven't yet, because I'm not actually annoyed enough by them. But I would do that before I report them for harassment. It's hardly harassment if I'm willingly reading their posts bashing me. If they're on ignore and still find ways to bash you (having friends quote them, asking to be quoted etc so you can see). Then that's actual harassment.
