That's what's weird to me.

I'm imagining like here in America, guy was from an uppity areas that's somewhat out of touch with some of the bad stuff that's really going on.

Still goofy though as I understand it, in places ran by these cartels their presence is on par with police or even military.

Cartels cuck everyone in Mexico fuark lol.

Also another reason why I hate alcohol in general...have a good number of alcoholic relatives. The really bad ones end up paying the price..getting beat up for saying sht or dead from poor health. Rather stay away from it completely aside from the polite soft ones.

Culiacan has an EXTREMELY heavy concentration of Cartel members. they're pretty much everywhere there.

you're better off staying out of the pueblos (little towns). they have Cartel members scouting out cars and they stop if you don't recognize you and ask what you're doing there.

Mazatlan has the poon you'll want and it's safer. Mexico gets an obvious bad rap because of all the cartel activity. but as long as you don't butt into anyones business and stay in tourist areas, you'll be safe. basic rules of everywhere you go.

Potential idea that could help reduce the influence/power of the cartels:

Mexico and the US legalize weed for medical purposes AND recreational purposes.

I'm all ears if someone has any legitimate feedback/potential solutions.
