Instead of criticising your current routine, can I ask seriously:
Where do you see yourself in
a) 6 months
b) 1 year
c) 2 years
Weight and body fat percent?
I seriously don't think anyone here is being mean for the sake of it - you just seem deluded
Wish you the best of luck with your current program but please take photos on a monthly basis and do regular calliper tests or something so you can properly measure what you're doing and realise that these benefits you think you're getting might just be in your head
At your weight, if you think you've got a lot of muscle, you should be benching 4 plates. Are you?

i do not do any low fat/low carb bullchit either. i dont count calories which mean i eat damn well daily
the answer is morning cardio, it takes off your ****ing fat and you just train hard enough to turn the rest of the food to muscle. simple as that. i am bigger than i have ever been and i already have tons of pictures on misc from years ago to confirm this

Also I've went from a 32 in jeans to now having it not fit around my waist anymore without a tight ass belt. I am easilly able to wear a 28-29 now since June. You losing a pant size being that high in BF% where fat loss should happen on a much bigger scale really attests to how lazy/ineffective you are at cutting.
Again, say your calories is at 0 to start off the day. You do fasted cardio, and are at -300 calories. Your maintenance is at 3,500 calories. You end up eating 4,000 calories. You're still in a surplus at the end of the day. Still gaining fat regardless.

Does that mean huge in muscle or huge in fat, though?
With so much fat covering up the muscles how can you actually be so accurate in gauging your muscle mass? Your lifts should be waaaay higher than what it is right now if you really had the muscle mass/strength you say you've got from DC training.

Your total caloric expenditure for the day increases but regardless you are eating BACK the calories you burned and thus are gaining weight. I can walk for 45-60 minutes too, burn like 300 calories in the morning fasted, then eat way too many calories above my maintenance and end up fat. It doesn't matter bro.
I have 0 degrees, I am a miscer, and whether you decide to listen to me or not is up to you. There are many studies out there if you researched it right now and it'd be basic common knowledge calories in-calories out is what matters (also slightly to do with macronutrient ratios and body composition, but thats a discussion for another time)

Also, making a thread complaining about about people who are actually trying to cut and showing actual progress on the body, while you have made zero visible progress on your own? You're asking for this kind of reaction.
And no, you are not humble, humble people don't make "mirin my muscles" threads on the misc. Humble people don't disregard everyone's advice. Humble people for a SECOND might consider that they have something to learn.
I'm sorry about your homelessness, feel free to contact me if you need to get in touch with a shelter, I volunteer with a few around here. Also consider using your time on the misc to find a part time minimum wage job, I'm not saying you don't do that already, but you seem to have SOME free time, try your best to get out of this situation. I know financially it's not easy, but I have seen plenty of others pulling through.

Regardless, you do whatever you want to do. It seems like you've achieved a new standard in this sport and are able to defy the natural laws of the universe and have a rare metabolism to process foods and place it into pure muscle growth despite eating at a caloric surplus at 35+% BF
You are also able to just suddenly drop carbs and fats (thus calories) whenever you want to lose weight when you get ''bloated'' yet at the same time you're arguing the fact that you don't have to drop calories to burn fat and can always lift more weight and eat in a constant surplus yet lose fat at the same time due to doing fasted cardio.
I wish you the best of luck. I've said all I had to say to you regarding this topic - you've figured out the question and key to bodybuilding in your 11 years of research. Good luck bro.

Do you have bad shoulders or something? You seem to be avoiding flat benching by subbing in a lot of alternative *hipster presses*. Also half of your routine is fluff work and it's coming before your main compound exercises.
What are you weights are you moving? It seems as if you should be on 5/3/1 BBB or GZCLP - something like an upper lower with 2 x frequency per bodypart, 1 x in the strength range and 1 x in a hypertrophy range.

What are you weights are you moving? It seems as if you should be on 5/3/1 BBB or GZCLP - something like an upper lower with 2 x frequency per bodypart, 1 x in the strength range and 1 x in a hypertrophy range.

flat bench is shunned by the creator of the routine so i got influnced...but i did it with regular benching last blast and went from 245x12 to 275x9 in 7 weeks (those are the first rest pause set)
we do
chest
shoulders
tris
back width
back thickness
biceps
forearms
calves
hamstrings
quads
compounds for hamstrings come after squats
we do it this way because the creator dante says that's how it works best
and we do the easy lifts first to avoid gassing out by the end

he said that rest pause training is the best method he learned to add strength (when training for hypertrophy of course)
back thickness and quads are not rest paused because it is dangerous, so one set of 5 for strength, and a back off for hypertrophy
hammer rows are rest paused because the lower back in not really involved, but when i was doing t bars, i was doing 2 SS. I was doing my strength set with 6 plates on the t bars
which lifts you want to know about? i cant list 30 numbers
