Im surprised no one eventually said anything. Im probably the last person to ever speak up about someones kid but after about 3 hours, I can see myself telling the parents to get off their ass.

Not sure if it has been posted yet, but I can bet the mom uttered some "sorry, my kid has special needs" or something along those lines, I refuse to believe there are parents out there who would allow a 5 yr old run amok in a plane for 8 hrs straight without a second thought.

I've made handful of flights from the US to Europe with my child and he's never done anything close to this.

That kid is semi-typical of a lot of children I see now which is a sad state of our societal norms. Unruly from a combination of a lack of boundaries, too much TV/electronics or terrible food.
