The U.S. has killed more innocent people in it's continuous wars than the 3rd Reich ever did. Killed 220K people in a single day in Hiroshima/Nagasaki. Invaded 37 nation states after, killing more than 20 million people and this isn't including WWII or any of the deaths prior to 1776 (mass genocide etc.).

Sure, here's stats from global research:https://www.globalresearch.ca/us-has...war-ii/5492051

These wars are a lot smaller than WWII, the issue is the US has engaged in a LOT of war in the past 100 years over every continent.

Lol the US has done some good sh*t but don't pretend to be the protector of the universe cause the reality is a lot darker.

There's a lot of clandestine CIA-lead sh*t you guys have done which have totally destroyed countries like Venezuela, Guatemala, Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, Lebanon etc. not to mention the US itself with inadequate gun control (political/capitalist motivated).

It would be silly not to because most of the Middle Eastern crisis exists because of U.S. intervention and the subsequent vacuum left following their gradual departure. There are many other examples of this e.g. Syria, Vietnam and I'm sure there will be more in the future (North Korea).

This is because the U.S. has always had it's own interests at heart during these invasions. They either wanted to secure territory for a military base, obtain natural resources, exert pressure on other countries to prevent nuclear proliferation or prevent economic dominance or the rise of communist ideology etc.

For example. China is surrounded on all sides by military bases in Pakistan, Afghanistan, India etc. The U.S. opposes South+North Korea diplomatic relations because it's bad for their anti-nuclear policies which is why they threw a hissy fit when Kim Jong Un's sister went to SK to smooth things over.

You'd think so except what the U.S. did on occasions was just as bad. These war zones didn't come out of thin air and were many times created by them for secondary gain. E.g. Vietnam, Training + Funding Afghan militants against the soviets, Muammar Gaddafi's public assassination in a Libyan street, Saddam Hussein's public execution, Bay Of Pigs invasion. Sure, a lot of these people were terrible people (mainly Saddam) but they essentially wanted to topple those governments claiming they had WMDs or some sh*t in a common theme of "saving the world from tyranny" (WMDs is a phrase which has since evaporated from public vocabulary). This was later found to be done for secondary reasons in the U.S's favour, each time they left behind a disaster.

France will never live down laying down in WWII. Before that I am fairly certain France held the title for the most military victories of any superpower. Even more than the Romans, Persians, Mongols or British. But you act like a coward once and all of that is erased.

I don't know about lying down brah, they were beaten fair and square. Outmaneuvered, outwitted, call it what you like; the vast majority of land forces surrounded and with no way out. The germans had established air superiority. They had no huge landmass to retreat into like the soviets. It was over, they lost fair and square.

It was actually very smart of them to surrender. They saved Paris from absolute destruction whilst the UK, US and USSR sorted things out. If they'd gone all gung-ho, there's no reason why a few V-2 rockets couldn't have descended on Paris (Germany was so far ahead of it's time military tech wise it was ridiculous, they had ballistic missiles in 1942 - aptly named too.. Vergeltungswaffe 2 aka "Retribution Weapon 2" - later stolen by the Soviet and US sides to develop their own ballistic missiles 10-15 years later.)

I thought they didn't get the V2 till 43 or 44? I've not looked this up, just going from memory. Yeah, alot of the nazi scientists were taken away after the war to work on the NASA and soviet space programs.

But yeah, they'd likely have threatened to flatten Paris just like they threatened to flatten Rotterdam and then followed through when the Dutch didn't surrender. Walking around Paris today it's a good thing it didn't get damaged, it's a pretty spectacular city, fuk what the miscers who don't even own passports have to say about it.

Wasn't most of Paris already destroyed by artillery anyway. Like all the historical cathedrals and structures today are just reconstructions. Let me put it this way, what do people think when they hear the Netherlands? That's right tulips and cannabis. What do people think of when they hear France? Limp wristed cowards.

They test launched real V2's in 1943 but had several less capable ballistic missiles as early as 1939 (which is totally insane). The V2 rocket is the first object to enter space and it is proposed that if the Germans were given a bit more time they'd be going intercontinental - bear in mind this is still the 1940s when the U.S. didn't even know what space was. This is why when the U.S. found these missiles they lost their sh*t and stole several of the key researchers to develop their own V2, so did the soviets.

And yes, I'm extremely grateful that key sites survived the bombings in London, Germany and Paris. It would have been a disaster to lose that beauty.

when people say freedom in america they mean freedom to work 40+ hours a week into an early grave while getting ran off the road on your commute by a bunch of rednecks driving lift kits or some dbag driving a beamer angry your going 5 over the speed limit. it also means having the worst infrastructure of a first world country with the worst support programs for its citizens (america could care less about its population).

Why would a tyrant bother to conquer america when its citizens are already miserable enough?

American culture = teen mom OG, jersey shore, and the local wall mart

Nah paris was pretty much untouched. Even in WW1 Paris was never within artillery range (at least not field guns), it was threatened a couple of times in '14 and spring '18 but that's it.

If that's what someone thinks when France or the Netherlands come to mind then I would just say that person is ignorant.

Zero national pride due to WW2.
Being anti-2nd Amendment is like saying "We have too many rights, please take some away!"

If that's what someone thinks when France or the Netherlands come to mind then I would just say that person is ignorant.
He clearly hasn't been to Notre Dame, the Arc de Triomphe or Versailles. All he knows are slabs of concrete and Walmart.

North America's architecture is depressing as f*ck, especially Canada.

We have only been around since 1776 and didn't fully develop our country until 1890-1900s and we destroyed the economy of Europe. Most other countries have been around for years hence we don't have any ancient architecture however our national parks beat other countries parks for the most part and I have been all over the world. Nothing can top Yosemite to be frank.
