I can watch it over and over again. It's not the funniest show ever (Nathan For You is) but its combination of humor and story and characters is unmatched. You get drawn in and never want to leave.

100% agree. Funny , actually has a good storyline, and the serious moments are good. One of the best mockumentary style tv shows ever IMO.

Agreed. I think they tried too hard to mimic the UK version at first. Starting in the second season it starts to find its own voice. For me, season three is the best. Then the show starts a pretty sharp decline after michael leaves. I still enjoyed some of the Robert California episodes, though.

The show was just 'eh' after Carrell left. Had its bright spots... but 8&9 were pretty awful in comparison to 1-6.

I am watching it right now on netflix. watch about 2-3 episodes a day. I just started season 4 yesterday. I think its very funny. A very dry sort of sarcastic humor that I like. Although I hate Ed Helms in it and I can already tell that I wont like the show anymore when he takes over for Steve Carell.

He's annoying as fuk at first but he gets better, trust me. He becomes annoying as fuk again near the end though.
