She is 152.5 cm (5 feet) tall. It is an impressive lift, despite her obvious mechanical advantages regarding the deadlift. I don't know any 5 feet tall women in real life who could pull anywhere near that weight off the ground, and it is impressive.

You're right, it's impressive.

I'll invite anyone that doesn't agree to go to the gym, get their straps and belt, get into sumo and break the floor with 800 lbs. I'm sure the videos will come flying in...

I could shoot 5g a wk and there's no fookin way I'd dl that weight at sub 160lbs. Truly elite lifting. Is that now a world record?

No it has to be in comp but I'm pretty sure she has all the records in her weight class. And she's strong all around too. She's repped 405 on squats and 195 on bench

I’m not saying it’s not impressive, but soft locking deadlifts means you didn’t finish it. Kind of like how I can high bar 505 for a quarter squat, but can only hit depth with 475. Dude has pulled 900 in a meet, so I’m not saying he can’t do it, but that was not a complete lift.

Do we just say that's genetics + a strong multi and call it a day?

I doubt there's many girls at her BW who started lifting and take the same multi as her and be able to pull said weight. Chit is insane man wtf is she even human?

You can add the fact that she is a winner and has an insane drive to improve.

And with all of the chit talked on IG and ******** over this at least we will see a whole bunch of 200 lbs guys that pull 500 conventional showing us how easy sumo is with straps since they’ll be posting 880 pulls.

A lot of complete pussies say that. She is still quite feminine but I get the need to come up with whatever discredits the lift in order to protect the ego.

Lol you just stated that I could squat 385 a 1 reo max? You don’t even know how this all works...

I squatted over 500 as a natty after about 20 months of PL training years ago...nice try.

Yeah, you should stop commenting on something you aren’t educated on. I will squat between 628-639 at my next meet. I’ll stop replying because I don’t want you posting whatever other pics you have of my family and whatever else you saved smh sad...

It isn’t butthurt, it’s just making sure you have your video of you doing 4x bw sumo queued up.

Gear is a factor but you know not everyone responds the same to gear right? Either way her lift is impressive as ****. Genetics is also huge because people like Jen Thompson and Big Ray exist in tested comps. Some people cycle and barely gain a thing, others have their numbers explode

One of my GF's inspirations--she's 5'7" (GF), 130lbs and can pull 315 currently (similar style to Steffi here, Sumo, straps, higher ROM tho and 38). Amazing lift by Steffi

Nah more like 405. Plenty of natty girl lifters who are lighter have pulled 405.

Why would I need that when I don't DL anymore. I think it's useless for a bodybuilder.

1. She did something I didn't think was humanly possible, so good on her.
2. Further validation that powerlifting movements are useless in terms of building a physique, so I don't get why bodybuilding-oriented people keep using their energy on powerlifting movements when its really sub-optimal.
