If you have a key fob, you should be able to release the key from it to open the door. If you have a push start and your key fob is dead, you can hold it to the start/stop button and you will hear a beep and the car will go into auxiliary mode, which will then allow you to start the car. This works for most Japanese cars. If none of that works, you might be able to google your make/model of car and find a way to pop the hood to swap out the battery.

Let me blow your mind real quick.
Cars run on something called electricity. If you’re car don’t turn on, lights won’t come on, radio, etc it ain’t getting dat der electricity.
So you need to get a new electricity box (aka battery) and hook that mofo up to your pos Altima. Then you’ll have the electricitys and you can cruise around the block and try to holla at some shawtys.

For the third time. Get a Deltran Battery Tender Plus - you can get the cheaper Jr. but it will take almost twice as long. It is idiot proof, Step 1 plug into the wall, Step 2 connect to battery terminals - if the red light is solid it will charge. Step 3 wait for light to turn solid green. This may take a couple of days, but it will safely charge your battery and bring it to 100%. Even if you jump your car, you are going to put a lot of strain on your alternator trying to fully charge a dead battery.
It won't work if you hook it up backwards and you cant even shock yourself if you tried. Better yet, its cheaper than a tow or a new battery or a trip to your mechanic - In your case its going to be all three.

Elon musk is landing 100 tonne free falling booster rockets in perfect harmony
You are wondering why you're car won't start having not used it in two months.
Just let that sink in.

Seriously OP... your level of ignorance is going to rape you in the wallet. I just replaced an HVAC actuator (POS China Parts) on my car that only cost me $15+time. If i had taken it to a shop they'd charge $400+. The amount of information about cars on the internet is staggering ... go learn something and save yourself a chit ton of money.
Your battery is dead. Car batteries are not designed to drop beyond a certain voltage. Bad chit happens on the inside when you let it do that. Letting it go completely dead is not good. Letting it sit like that is even worse. Have your boyfriend go buy you a new battery.

You could easily remove the battery, have the people at your favorite auto parts store put it on their charger for a while. They can then load test it which would tell you if you have one or more bad cells in the battery. If so, buy a new one. Have you ever replaced the battery in this car? If not, take your battery with you to the auto parts store and proceed to buy a new one.

take the battery out, take it to AutoZone, have them test it, then have them put it on the quick charger for a 1/2 hour (this is a free service), reinstall in vehicle and see if it starts. If it still doesn't start then you probably need a new battery. Many newer cars will consume some power when they're off. If you're going away for awhile it's better to disconnect the battery on them before you leave (or hook up to a trickle charger).
