I'm not sure what type of answer you're looking for. It seems a lot took it as what they want but not exactly what a quality person is. For me it's:

Honest
Loyal
Kind
Compassionate
Works hard at whatever job they have/not a slacker
Not an attention whore
Confident but not cocky
Intelligent

As for what I would want in a partner. All of the above plus:

Active
Lifts and lives a healthy lifestyle
Takes care of themselves but isn't obsessed with how they look. There's a happy medium.
Fun
Great sense of humor
Is attractiveto me
Great physical chemistry
Passionate
Gives as much as they take. Too far on either side of this is not healthy.

This should be an average - I mean she doesn't have to be drop dead gorgeous just a solid 6+/10. Sadly though, it doesn't work this way because this type of female would be under siege by the full spectrum of thirsty males. Females even half of what you described are flooded with offers. So you better make sure you're bringing something above and beyond to the table or you will have zero leverage. If a woman knows she's the best you could ever get then you screwed. There has to be a mutual understanding that both of you have great qualities and could easily find someone else if they had to, this way no-one is ever held hostage in a relationship.

I'd even take away the "makes good money" and degree from your list - though it of course would be a nice bonus. I wouldn't mind providing fully for omeone who is rational, will keep fit, decently attractive, has personal interests and hobbies that don't include Instagram, a wide sense of humor, doesn't conform to the lunacy of the left and has decent general knowledge to hold a conversation over multiple topics. This is very hard to find among young women where I live, I would say 90% all fulfill the usual stereotype.

- feminine personality
- career focused but not career obsessed
-intelligent
-loyal
-caring (and not in a fake way)
no or very little male friends
-lots of female friends who arent sloots
-not obsessed with social media
-good relationship with parents
-can cook multiple dishes well
-adventurous

- NOT a feminist in any way, extra points for saying feminism is bs (have had girls say this to me and they legit go up a point in my mind for not being infected with this bs)


-has some interesting talent, like plays an instrument, knows multiple languages, something which requires patience and dedication to learn

-takes care of her body and eats healthily
-no tattoos or piercings
-doesn't swear
- doesn't play games constantly (this is natural female behaviour so occasionally is ok)

that's about it
