what if he would have turned his back to the police officers and then took his hand out in the same manner? just curious if it takes some of the heat off if youre not facing the cop

obviously having your hands up before they enter is preferable. but just wondering

the only grip that i have is that the cop wanted a tourniquet. looked like a neck shot to me. at that point it's not a tourniquet, it's a noose lol he dead brah

You have Tom brady is a god in your sig. Get lost you actual homo. Plenty of situations end entirely differently with people hesitating to surrender and then not getting shot. At the end of the day the dude in the OP wasn't armed anyways.

Someones cranky.. you better get to bed. btw Tom Brady is a God. Strange how about 99% of people in this thread think it was justified.. you must be some sort of expert. Truth is you probably have never left your mothers basement, some of us have actual experience in these types of situations. Now run along and play little man.

Was this one justified too ?

So because they couldnt see where his hand was because it was covered by the car they shouldnt fire when he jerks his hand up? Even the RCMP would light that guy up if he did the same thing. If you were put in the same situation which outcome would you prefer?
1) You wait till you can clearly see his hand and get shot
2) You shoot as soon as he jerks his hand up

Lol at the cucks ITT defending the dude that broke into someone's house, refused to comply with commands, acted very suspiciously, and jerked his hand up in a drawing motion. Those cops should have left him pop off a couple of rounds so he'd have a fighting chance. He should be given a chance to murder those cops who willingly risk their lives for the safety of others.

I'm sure when some dude breaks into your house and threatens the safety of your family you'll feel the same way.

So he needs to shoot 3 of them? What if one gets shot and dies? Is that alright?

Haha, i just don't see how a cop isn't putting a bullet in his head before he gets his hand up high enough to shoot. I'm sure i would've shot the guy as soon as i entered the garage, hence not being a cop.

Negative. You threw a blanket over America stating our police handle situations badly. You started the flame war, you got flamed in return and now we are fanning the flames.

I've been pulled over a couple times recently and they all went very smoothly. Why? Maybe because I'm a white male. Or maybe it's because I know how to show respect, know how to act in those situations, and come across as a genuinely nice person. That's how you not get shot in police encounters. Act like a fuking baffoon in police encounters? Yeah, you're gonna get shot.

Communicate that you are complying and slowly raise your hands. Also dont stand there for 30 seconds thinking about what you are gonna do. If you arent armed there is no reason to think.
I'm almost thinking this might have been a case of suicide by cop. It makes no sense at all for him to do what he did.

Seems like the easier solution would not to break into someone's house.

Officers respond to someone being a criminal. Don't be a criminal, and you'll be fine! Crazy how that works.

Yeah well here in canada, if the homeowner even beat the sh it outve the intruder by hand protecting his family, the home owner would legit be in more trouble by the law in the long run. Dead fuking srs and u know it.

Yah it is messed up. At the end of the day if it came down to me shooting someone that was going to harm me and going to jail for it I'd pick that option.

Instead of arguing about what he was doing with his hands...how about asking what the **** was he doing in someone else's garage?

If someone's broken into my house while my kids are around, i don't want the person tased or tackled. I want the person to be blown the **** out of my house.

They don't just shoot you for doing nothing. It amazing how it works...don't be an dumb fuk that breaks into someone house, follow literally everything they tell you to do if you do get jammed up or pay like he did.

Play stupid games...you know the rest.

According to RubberBand*******, the poor urban yoof might have been on hallucinogens and made a mistake. I guess the homeowners should have just went down there to console him, say it's ok, coddled him and sent him on his way after giving him an uplifting and positive chat.

It's ok that you broke into our home we pay hard earned money for every month so you can steal whatever you can to sell and buy drugs, booze or food stamps. Here, let me give you a going away gift for not hurting or killing us in the process.

Troll or not I know many think like RubberNeck up there and it's fuking disguting.

If cops are pointing a gun at you and giving you commands, and you still wanna act shady it's your own fault.

LOL what in the fuk are you talking about? Any criminal can easily obtain a firearm here and shootings happen constantly in bad neighborhoods. The only difference is the average person can't defend themselves with a legal firearm and are pretty much cucked if police aren't nearby.
