Manhattan - Redemption Rye, Sweet Vermouth (Cocchi Vermouth di Torino, Doolin Rouge), bitters
Negroni - Gin, Campari, Sweet Vermouth, orange twist. The trick is finding a Gin/Sweet Vermouth pairing that works well. A simpler Gin is usually best (Swordsman, Beefeater, etc).
Gin and Tonic - Simple - Swordsman gin, available tonic water, lime juice. Interesting - Citadelle or Esme Gin, etc with an artisanal tonic water that compliments (fever tree)
Martini - MADE WITH GIN. This is not a vodkatini, it's only real if made with Gin. Your choice of Gin/Vermouth and you can serve in a Martini glass or over the rocks (nice for summer). I like a dirty, wet martini made with Citadelle Gin (3 shots), Noily Pratt Dry Vermouth (1-1.5 shots), a dash of orange liquor or orange bitters, oilve jar juice, shaken with broken ice (not heavily crushed) and served ice and all in a tumbler - stuffed olives for garnish.
Gin Fizz - I like various San Pellegrino juices for this (orange, orange/pomegranate, blood orange, lemon). In a tall glass with ice add a shot or 2 of gin, 6 oz (or more) of your sparkling juice, then top glass with sparkling water with a bit of Campari or Aperol or vermouth. Garnish with lemon, lime, or orange. Fun drink.
Good wiskey, bourbon or scotch served neat with a water back.
Margarita - couple shots of a decent Blanco Tequila (1800), table spoon of a frozen limeaid/lemonaid mix (i.e. take a can of limeaid and lemonaid mix together keep in freezer), a shot or two of water (or more to taste), 1/2 shot of Cointreau (to tast), shake with ice and serve in a tall glass (can rim with salt or not I serve with a salted lime wedge).

Gin & Tonics if it's a hot summer outdoors
sometimes Martinis w/ anchovy-stuffed olives
but mostly, Manhattans

Scotch and Coke zero in a nice rocks glass with ice cubes, Scotch on the rocks and Scotch straight up or Scotch Neat.
I actually drink slower if it's not mixed with anything or just ice or shaken in ice to chill it. For me, neat helps to just have a nice buzz and not be really drunk since I just sip.

Basically never drink beer. My go-to is vodka or gin (whatever is on sale) with San Pellegrino, Perrier, or some other zero calorie flavored mineral water. But martinis are what I drink when I want to really enjoy drinking
