This... I was gonna name a couple but that just about covers it

I can get down with the action but it's just so over the top and the dialogue is so cringe it's hard for me to really get into it. Maybe if I started watching them or was big into superheroes as a kid I'd be more into it but it just doesn't do it for me.

That, and it's blatantly obvious that they're just pumping out these movies year after year because they know people will pay to see them no matter what the storyline is.

Jack Nicholson is way over the top chewing scenery. His improvising in the restaurant "rat" scene just doesn't make sense. I think people only liked it for the unexpected elevator scene and the end of the movie where Matt Damon pays the price for what he did.

Shawshank. I watched classic prison movies like Papion, Alcatraz, Great Escape, Cool Hand Luke as well as other prison flicks then Shawshank and thought it was ok but with borrowed themes from other prison movies and nothing outstanding. As it's more modern mainstream and sloots watch it as their first of that concept they think it's best thing ever

Scarface was entertaining, but definitely overrated. It's nowhere near the best gangster movie of all time, which is what people bill it as.

But even if you personally couldn't get into The Godfather 1 and 2, there's no denying that those are two classic movies. They are rated just right.
