I couldn't imagine using the 140's. Also, do you prefer DB to BB? I've been doing way more DB than BB lately.

Yes. I gave up BB pressing about 10 years ago. I only use it for back. Sometimes I throw it in standing OHP after DBs.

Lol. Hell of a prize...and strangely intriguing.

I am actually in horrible shape right now with my work and travel. My weight and compo is pretty good, but I am struggling with the 130s. Diet and consistency is all over the place. You would steal my cam show from me.

You're all beasts and these lifts/vids are really impressive! I'm no powerlifter so I don't chase big numbers. I've always trained for a look and just do my best to go as heavy as I can.

Control is the name of the game. That is typically my first marker of progression. I was traveling and shouldn't have even tried for that weight, but I got it up. Anything shoulders is typically my strongest lifts

Every week. I will typically alternate different types of press depending on my progression on a particular lift. I am a bodybuilder first, so strength is not my primary motivation, but I do believe strength is one of the biggest markers of progression in any style of lifting

I used to Military press religiously, but don't do DB press often at all. Gonna keep them in regularly and see what I can do.
