Said I'd post my record, so here it is. I took out non-lifting stuff like gymnastics, running, rowing totals. As you know, my first name starts with S. Been crossfitting since 2013, but took a year off after I got married last year. Just recently returned to it, so that's why you see a gap.

Spoiler!

I use BB programs, so no real compound lifting, but I do lift weights. Three days a week and run five days.
Currently: Marathon training (Run with Hal - Advanced I); The Work/Body Beast hybrid

A little over a year's progress. On the right: July 2017, same time I joined misc lol. Pics on the left are from July 2018, just showing a tiny bit of progress. I've always had weirdly large traps but I'm trying to get bigger delts and arms. Maybe one day I'll look like I lift!

Started March/April (got more serious in May) 2017. Lots of life changes since and had to take 2-3 breaks 6-8 weeks long each. Used to lift 6 times a week but now just 4 times.

Screenshot at the bottom of a squat.

They said she's gone too far this time

Spoiler!

Posted this yesterday in another thread but this is the only pic I got so far. Feel filled out and biggest I’ve felt in a long ass time. Hoping to add like 15-20ish lbs to this then cut down in March

Different story when I wear clothes unless it’s just a T shirt but we all know layers > tryhard tight shirt
