Started sober December and gains on workout, sleep, and energy are pretty damn noticeable.

Once a week for sure. Almost always just vodka water when I'm out at a bar. Other than that it's strictly vodka and calorie free monsters. delicious

I binge drink every friday night and go out clubbing til 6am

I dont get wasted drunk though, i just kinda drink all night long somehow.

Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee. I'm pretty much the same, altho now that i've toned down my weekend binge drinking, im definitely having 1-2 beers a night during the weekday which did not used to happen.

Generally none in the week, although I've been chinning 2-4 beers a night recently. Plan to stop this again after Christmas.

See off a good 10+ beers plus shots and other stupid chit on a night out, if you're going to do it then do it properly.

i drink once a week on average (socializing with friends and chit). usually 3-5 drinks, each 50cl.

usually go through 2 6 packs and a 5th of vodka per week.

during the week it's usually a beer or 2 with dinner. One weekend night is where the vodka comes into play.

Can help you pass out easier, but alcohol has a negative effect on sleep quality. Best to just call it quits if that's the only reason you're doing it.
