but the more rational part of me thinks you're an idiot for squatting so heavy. I don't care if you use proper form the kind of weight puts a serious toll on your body, actually anything 100kg+ does.
I'm being totally honest here and saying i have impressive sized legs for a natural.........I squat 60kg max for reps and thats all your need for biggish legs
but Is it really gonna be worth it when your 60 years old, and could be spending $20,000 a year visiting a chiropracter
It dosen't matter if you even use proper form, a disc could easily slip with that kinda weight with goodish form, and then you will have problems for the rest of your life
Ok sure if you make a living off bodybuilding/powerlifting i could understand, but as general recreation that weight is not worth the risk

Post height and weight. Etc.
So basically what you're saying is that NFL players only need a 140 squat to succeed? Vernon Davis squatted 685 but he didn't need to do that right? He would have ran 4.38 in the 40 yard dash with a 140 pound squat?
Am I hearing this correctly?
What's your youtube or instagram page. We all now want to see it.
Also on a side note I already have a herniated disk. And i'm not getting treatment for it. I deal with it and still deadlift on it and squat on it. So what exactly is your point here again.

This is like a Eric Lilliebridge front view. He never posts his side view because he doesn't want to show you him not going below parallel. Yet there he is in the world record books with above parallel squats that don't even count.
Post a side view and post the highest weight that you can handle and go 2 to 3 inches below parallel so that it's convincingly deep.
You have to do it properly or nobody is going to give you credit. Right now you're more obsessed with the actual weight that you can squat than the actual form of the squat.
All you have to do is narrow your stance and go lower.
Meaning bring your feet together a bit more and see if you can handle 575 below parallel by 2 to 3 inches. I mean damn even if you did 515 that way then I would give the 515 more credit than this.
At this point Simeon Panda is squatting way more than you are right now because he's doing 495 around 4 to 5 inches below parallel.
I mean part of that is that Panda is just stronger than you all naturally.
But his 495 squat below parallel squat at his height is more impressive than what you did here.
If you do 515 or more below parallel around 2 or 3 inches i'll give that more credit than the 660.

There are too many judges in powerlifting right now trying to be best friends with the lifters and passing off their high as hell squats as world records.
I could make a thread with all of the world record squats that were high.
