I've heard for the last 4 years about how misc is dying, isn't what it used to be etc. but i have never heard of this as a solution. This would be epic as fuk.

Mods wouldn't agree to it because the banned list is prob flooded with hundreds of throwaway multi accounts and would thus take forever, but this might possibly resurrect the misc to it's former awesomeness.

The University of Miami troll from the sports section has to have had hundreds on his own. Add in Smackbrah and it would take forever just to manually unban all of them
