This exactly. Some homies ITT are talking smack as if they know what they're talking about when they don't. I've lived in bad neighborhoods and the only people who "walked their dog" were the drug dealers who owned rottweilers or pitbulls used for specific reasons.

You don't walk your dog in neighborhoods where you might get shot in a drive-by or where people are going to harass you just walking down the street (male or female).

My neighborhood is funny, I live in a low rent apartment, nothing special.

About a mile down there street there are a bunch of drug lord sized villas. Beautiful gigantic places with great views and all. I routinely see ferraris and such driving around there. Its like a couple square mile area of mansions and then regular places.

Always strikes me as odd.
