He then personally called me out and took me "aside"(where everyone can see) and told me to "clean up my pee if it gets goes around the seat," and told me to put the toilet seat down. My whole office could hear what he was telling me though. The obese, Hispanic whale noticed that the seat was up when she went to the bathroom.

I don't know what these people's problems are. The other guy also told me to cut my beard and comb my hair because he told me that potential clients to their company may complain.

Both my supervisors scolded me about my bathroom use in font of other employees. There is one bathroom in our office, and only one person can use it at one time. To get to the other bathroom, you must go down stairs.

One took me aside and told me not to pee around the seat and forgot to put the seat down. This was not a big deal because he took me aside, but the other employees still heard him get mad at me about the toilet seat. (have no idea if I actually peeded around the toilet. I don't remember doing so, but who knows, I may have on accident. If I did so, it was a mistake. If I knew I peed around the seat, I would have cleaned it off.)

The other female(THIS is the one that angers me the most btw) got mad because I forgot to put the seat down and most of the workers here are female. She scolded me and raised her voice and told me that I could not use that bathroom if I forget to put the seat down again. She did this in front of girls and told me very loud and clear in front of everyone.( She is an obese Hispanic whale. )

Neutral position for a toilet is with the seat down. Seat up looks uncivilized and like your mother didn't teach you how to behave in public. Unless it's a men's only washroom, you have to put it back down. Just use your foot, and if it slams down, so be it, you still put it down. Bathroom etiquette and hygiene are very important at the office and I have scolded people for either not lifting the seat up when they're peeing and for not washing their hands. I am the one who makes recommendations to my project manager about who we wanna keep when we gotta start cutting people, cause honestly sometimes we just need one reason to cut someone to save our budget and it could be for the smallest thing too.

Etiquette bro. Office workers are bored and need gossip to fuel conversation topics, and they need someone to bully around. I use the term bully loosely, but people will be cut-throat if they can be. IRL, squash all others, and raise your own standing. It's an ego boost and a power trip. Really, it's just human nature.

If it makes you feel any better, when I was a noob at the office, I wasthat guy, not for the same reason but because of my incompetence because I was new. You learn quick though, then you straighten up your act, climb the corporate ladder, and then you get to pick on others. I will give people the benefit of the doubt and guide them but if the changing winds within the office is 'we hate that guy' then I will blend in with that. Unless you got a good reason for people to defend you (being competent, quick, hard-working), don't expect anyone to have your back. That's really the truth.
