Police need to be aware of pre-attack indicators. Like a suspect continually spitting at your feet. Place spit hood on suspect after first or second spit attempt. And maybe not stand directly in front of suspect either. But things like that come with experience. I guarantee deputy "puss" won't make the same mistakes again. Or maybe he will. Who knows.

Damn son. Guy deserved it, but that guy shouldn't be a cop either. It's one thing to get spit on by someone not cuffed, entirely different when the guy is drunk, cuffed, and hurt your feelings. They have shiet to put over people handcuffed and spitting, he had ample time to put it on the guy.

I'm not a cop. If I kneed someone in the face while they were handcuffed to a chair I'd probably be going to prison for 20 years. LOTTA cops are techin these days too, could explain the anger problem.

No wonder. Look at the replies in this thread. Cop pulls someone over for illegal window tint, person in the car gets loud with cop, cop beats him in the head with a brick; "what do you expect, talking back to a cop? Cops are humans too, he should know better." etc.

Police remaining calm, composed and professional at all times is the exact reason why people like him have no issues trying to make fun of another policeman, ridicule and spit on him, all while tied up and treathing him with his lawyer. Because he doesn't give a fuk about anything "professional" and they are a laughing stock in his eyes. A knee to the head is luckily a language he understands

Gtfo with you "excessive force" cuckery. In no other time in evolution would a man do that to another while being tied up in a chair

A few decades ago all the policemen in the room would have a field day with him and some batons
Wow, you are dumb. Just spitting on the cop would have gotten the dude more prison time than he was likely already facing. You believe that violent physical punishment should be included along with jail time? Maybe you should move to the Middle East.

He can literally throw him on the ground and put a spit cap on him and charge him with assault of a police officer.

How retarded of a professional are you to disregard exactly that? He still had a position of power, he totally missused it.

brb people think they can get away with something

brb better disregard the rules even though they perfectly would be in my favor and would do the job atm and potentially kill a man

I hope you'e not in law enforement either.

Exactly. A respectable officer would have put the muzzle on his ass, washed his hands and went home while the perp went to his cell and prepared to be charged, convicted and sentenced.

Cant imagine being a cop....Dealing with degenerates and the worst of society all day isnt something I could deal with.

I personally think Police officers need to rotate out of direct contact with the public for at least 3 months a year. Sooner or later cops just lose it because they interact with these types of people all day. These idiots 100% deserve to catch a beating but its the cop that ends up paying.

Rotation is something I said before. They need a mental break from the streets.

Lol we both know that was not his first encounter with the police, and some jail time would not have changed him. Police acting calm, noble and predictable at all times is a safety net for people like him to act as degenerate as they want. But now he finally realises even the police can in a second lower their inhibitions and act out. I have a feeling he will slightly lower his obnoxiousness next time

Unless he's a masochist. Then he might jerk off to it after he comes back to consciousness assuming he's not still hand cuffed behind his back then it might be difficult, could maybe fist himself though.

I'm sorry, am I an active police officer or am I trying to be one? Nope. But if you are/you want to be one, you better be able to withstand one guy calling you a bish and you better have the brain to use the tools that are given to you properly. If not, you're fukking retarded. You literally have the monopoly on legal violence and you choose to apply it in an illegal way. How can you not understand these things?

If the other dude is right and you're planning to become a cop, big yikes.

brb a cuffed guy insults me, guess I can give him brain damage now

I'm 99% sure there is a protocol to deal with spitters and I'm pretty sure kneeing someone's head against a wall isn't part of it. I don't think you realise the danger of thinking this is correct in the bigger picture. This cop assuming he can get away with this for spitting can think he can get away with it as well when you look at him sideways. You do realise that, right?

Latest I read was the deputy will receive no jail time, no charges if he goes through anger management classes and rides a desk for a year without further incident.

Using level two strikes on a restrained suspect is highly frowned on (and in most departments it is against the use of force policy). If a police officer is spit on, the officer must redirect the head in a way where it is not a punch, kick or strike. A simple maneuver like placing your hand on the back of suspects head, and using downward pressure to fold suspect in half where his face ends up in his own crotch is the preferred method in this situation. If there is an officer standing behind said suspect, then a cross face hold is also ideal. The rules change when suspect is in restraints.
