Surprised "scheduling my own doctor appointments" wasn't in the top 10.

55 years old. I was in my 30s and had my car engine go out on me. Job was 45 min away, had wife and 3 kids. No money for car repair. Bought a 10 speed, got a bus pass. Got up at 4:30 every morning and rode bike to bus transit, 3 busses later, got to work by 7:30 every day. Fortunately caught a ride home so only one way. Did it for weeks until we found better solution.

To the people saying these aren't actual stressors, try reading the article ok
Many feel their overall stress level is caused by the accumulation of daily micro-stressors — seemingly trivial experiences — such as being stuck in traffic, waiting for appointments, or various smartphone issues.
But this study was commissioned by a CBD Oil company, so I'm not putting too much stock in any of this. The results are probably designed to be relatable so people will look at 'em and think "Wow I deal with all this stuff, I should use Endoca® CBD oil to help me cope"

1-11 I can agree with.
Those all suck. I know being late and losing wallet/phone/keys is the WOAT.
But everything after 11 is some beta soy chit.
Get control of your finances and job already.

1. Being a consistent self improver but realizing anyone can still come into your life to criticize you or you can end up feeling overtrained by life which should come with a time out switch so that you don't have to eventually start lying about your age

Didn’t realize I should have been more stressed washing my dishes everyday lol. Will revalue my life decisions... but seriously! Half of those things are minor annoyances at best.
