I had 2 retarded ART chiros diagnose it as some kind of fascia strain and I kept training on it until I had my MRI
Hey, my bicep started clicking again on supination a few months back, at the end of the ROM , does yours do that? MRI says it's still attached but I'm paranoid AF now about everything
Edit - distal tear

The clicking in the elbow worried me since that was the sound it made when it first tore but my surgeon looked at the MRI and said it seems to be fine even if he has no idea what's clicking
4 months post you should be ok to start going harder, its been 3 years since mine and I never go under 20 reps for any kind of curls and only use DBs, going into neutral at the bottom
Never doing another chinup, mixed grip anything or any kind of cheated row ever again lol

I mean, being not natty ranges from what you’d get at a doctor to Boston Lloyd levels so before you’re a complete ******* about something...maybe check first. I’d tell you in private and you’d call me a liar so why bother, right?

It does...I don't expect someone like you to get that.
Yes, I deadlift 700 and have never been hurt deadlifting. Chances are that OP had a tweak or something wrong before he was lifting.

BTW, never having injured yourself doesnt mean it cant happen or that it wouldnt happen to another person.
For example, coath marc steubing (check him on youtube) has one of the chittiest forms on deadlift, squat and bench ive ever seen, however he has not injured himself (yet)
Genetics also play a big role on how injury prone you are.

OP, good luck with the recovery. You've been making some solid strength gains so it's mentally hard as hell getting sidelined by injury. Just do what ya gotta do to get healed up and back in the game.

Goblet squats are good for warmups but retarded as an accessory if you can do a 120 x 20+ times

It's a misconception that perfect form prevents injuries, it does not.
You can get injured with perfect form, it's not even hard to imagine why that's true.
Perfect form just means you're doing an exercise with perfect form... it doesn't mean your body isn't going to give out, or pull something.
