I disagree that body dysmorphia is thinking you have a disfigurement. Typically it presents as thinking you look heavier than you are, or prob for a lot of guys, smaller than they are.
Yep... a lot of people have it to one extent or another.

I am able to judge people a lot better than I am able to judge myself. Though doesn't help that I walk around at 15% bodyfat. Would look a lot better if I dropped 10-15 lbs.

Yep. I think it comes from looking at yourself in mirrors while lifting. You have time to look at all of the areas you're not happy with and pick yourself apart. I also think we judge ourselves harder than we judge others.

You allowed to disagree! There is a medical reference that psychiatrists and nurse practitioners use, to look up and "diagnose" these clinical disorders! It's more complicated than you think...
Fact: My first-generation uncle was a boxer who fought Sugar Ray Robinson! He also fought in the war, sacrificing the career he deeply loved, so people could have the right to freedom.

We are not saying we have clinical issues.... at least I am not.

However, many of us DO have in incorrect self body image. It is not causing me daily harm, nor am I going to extremes to "correct it". Thus we wouldn't get "treated for it".

Not seeing yourself "objectively" (regarding body image) is NOT the same as, say, a young adult looking in the mirror every other hour, to lament over "hideous" birthmarks on their face (or skin), when in fact, those marks don't exist to everyone else. But what this person sees completely destroys their self esteem, to the point where they might go to great lengths to hide their "perceived flaw," and they would have trouble just going out in public... And they carry great shame over this "perceived disfigurement"...

Or, another example: Someone, in real life, is actually beautiful, according to society's standards... But, all they see is a completely distorted negative image when they look in the mirror. They will describe themselves as "hideous," and MEAN it. They might have symmetrical features, but they will see a "huge crooked nose," " abnormally small-set eyes," "an abnormal body shape," etc.....This list could obviously get long and very detailed, for these poor people that suffer emotionally....

I hate when words on posts (or IRL) are twisted around.... Typically, having less "extreme" body image "issues" CAN just mean insecurity or narcissism.... If it's not negatively effecting a person's normal daily functioning, then they don't need " to be treated"....

To stay on topic: I don't train for strength, under the typical parameters. But I find I can still make strength gains (on upper body) easier, after all these years, than lower body... I don't think anyone previously mentioned that certain body parts can stall quicker than others...and again, this is highly individualistic to the advanced lifter....

This is how this works:
natty limit = you
below natty limit = any of those pathetic DYEL wimps smaller than you
above natty limit = any dirty celltech abusers bigger than you

In what world does Cena not look lean? Hogan looked 20% in his prime because he was bloatmaxing and quite chubby not because of his muscle mass.
