I can't stress enough how much I disbelief I have for people who think the world is getting worse.

I can name thousands of things that are significantly better, and thousands of things that are significantly more advanced, and thousands of things that we no longer have to deal with. I mean, I didn't ever have to physically build my shelter OR hunt for food to survive... or deal with disyntery or black plague, or scurvy...

But hey, we have unlimited access to bad news from the furthest reaches of our country and our globe.

But look to your own life;

I wake up every day, thankful that I have a motor vehicle that allows me to make a trip that would have taken 2 days in just 1.5 hours. I am never "hungry" because food is always just within reach, and what's more, I never have to worry about carrying cash anymore (and thusly never have to worry about having to go to the bank regularly).

I have access to high speed internet, and the answers to all my questionsat the push of a button. I am having a discussion about a specific subject that I'm interested and want to know more about it later? Let me Google it! I used to have to go to the library for that. FYI, the library was an improvement on the old system ofHAVING TO KNOW SOMEBODY WHO KNEW ABOUT THE THING YOU WANTED TO LEARN, AND HAVING TO TRUST THAT THEY WERE RIGHT.

I want to better myself and learn a new skill? I have access to every expert in every niche specifically because there are dozens of media outlets that allow them to broadcast their message across the net. Excited to keep learning how to skate through YouTube and practice.

I want to make a little extra cash? The internet can link me to a bunch of side jobs and other ways to make additional income--and some clientele for private boxing lessons if I ever need.

Okay, okay, cool, but what if I want to go somewhere but also want to drink? How will I get there? Chit man, there is a magical app that literally lets me (without having to speak to anyone) signal a driver to come pick me up wherever I am!
