She should receive the exact same sentence a male teacher would get. If 20 years is the standard for the crime, then that's what she should get.

That said, 20 years is probably too harsh for either male or female teacher if the student was a willing participant and not forcibly raped or anything like that. But really it all comes down to the particular circumstances of each individual case.

Making the kids willing participants is step 1 in the plan of attack for these people brah, it's called grooming. Most of this stuff isn't happening through forcible, violent rape, it happens through gradual and calculated grooming and acclimation to chit that would otherwise seem fukd up to a normal person


And enjoying it often becomes part of the problem as the kid grows up and either realizes that what happened to them was abnormal and predatory and that conflicts with their own personal enjoyment of the experience, or maybe they fully accept that they enjoyed it and perpetuate the cycle of abuse by doing the same thing to other kids. This isn't stuff that people think about when they're all "I wish this happened to me". We were all horny teenagers, but many people seemingly can't grasp the long-term consequences when it happens to boys. And that can be another problem -- imagine experiencing this, growing up and dealing with the emotional ramifications, and other guys around you saying "when mine turn" while slamming the boy's friends, parents, or "jealous women" for bringing the abuse to light

There’s nothing wrong with your comments about the jail term, I’m taking issue with your characterization of these kids as willing participants. Many young sexual abuse victims are what you’d call “willing participants” because they’ve been groomed into being willing. The idea that damage isn’t caused unless it happens via forcible, violent rape is indicative of ignorance @ this subject

When did I say that in all cases they were willing participants? Where did I say that it was only damaging if it was forcible rape? I also never implied it shouldn't be punished, only that the term might be excessive. I don't like people putting words in my mouth, or trying to act like they know everything whereas I'm "ignorant".

What I said was that 20 years would beprobablybe too longif they were truly willing participants, and a lot of that would also be predicated on the age and situation of the people involved. Keep in mind that people are going to prison for MURDER for less than 20 years, and have the possibility of parole.

But you sound like an argumentative fuktard so I'm just going to let this statement stand and not bother replying to any more of your little strawman arguments.
