But I mean, imagine a mother and daughter were in a changing room at some place... and a trans comes in, gets naked, and has a big swinging dick. That's a rough one. Maybe in some future world where people don't give a fuk what's between ya legs, but in our society it matters, whether it should matter is irrelevant to the fact it current does to most people in society.
What would I do if I was in charge? I'll say this - The idea of some hairy fkin man-like trans person being allowed in there seems groce dave. But the idea of some feminine 100lb twink trans person in there doesn't even seem bad. So I have to admit, I'm biased based on appearance and demeanour. But as someone that makes rules it's gotta be a yes or a no. So I probably have to agree that the "wants" of 1% shouldn't triumph against the "wants" of a significantly bigger percentage.
In an ideal world, no one would exploit loop holes, and no one would care about a swinging dick between someone's legs. But they do, and this is the world we live in, and rules have to be made for the world we live in, not the world we hope the world was.
