Sadly having kids is an ungoverned right. I think future parents should have to pass some psychological test and display some form of financial security. I know it's not practical and it will never happen but you wish it could be.

Edit: Just realized the baby was dropped only because she decided to swing back. I originally thought it was dropped because she was hit.

Since a death occurred as a result of her committing a crime, she deserves to be charged as well. 2nd degree murder or 3rd maybe. She engaged in a fight which resulted in a third party dying.
