Whatabout this one d00des!!? You can't wear Trainers/Sneakers in normal lessons (cos of Peer Pressure to by latest Brands and the Uniform Rules etc), but you have to still shell out 30/40 upwards for any decent Trainers/Soccer/Rugger boots for PE! Cray or what!!?

fukk i remember this and im from the south - we had to have covered our 'contact books' with something by the 2nd week of the first school term. ridiculous.

- at one school we had to have briefcases. brb being 11 and dragging a huge fukking briefcase behind you then some kunt changing the number lock so you can't get any of your stuff out of it
- sitting you in boy, girl, boy, girl
- sitting you in alphabetical order
- FORCING you to shower even though you were shy af and super self-conscious at that age
- in primary school we were forced to play with a football (soccer) no larger than a tennis ball in the winter and then some kid lashes the tennis ball and it walloped the teaching assistant in the temple, ambulance etc arrived (probably the most drama ive had in school)

most of the girls had brightly coloured books to match their million different coloured pens. meanwhile mine was a last minute sunday night job with a roll of cellotape. it looked proper shiit.

Went to grammar school and had to always wear a blazer, top button down up, shirt tucked in and tie not too short.

every british school kid must have heard "the bell ringing is for me, not for you, sit down".

- shirt always has to be tucked in
- one way system on certain stair cases (there would be teachers at the bottom enforcing this)
- keep to the left on all stair cases (and this)
- could never wear anything other than black shorts & maroon polo shirt for PE, even if it was below 0c outside and you couldn't wear a t-shirt underneath it either

fun things however:

- setting fire to the gas taps
- making paper airplanes in science, setting fire to them with the bunsen burner and throwing them across the class
- generally setting fire to things
- borrowing the master key to the lockers from your head of year (all you had to do was say you left your key at home) and getting a copy cut before giving it back
- installing back orifice on the teachers computer and flipping their screen, ejecting their CD tray randomly, etc. during class
- getting admin access to the network and installing chit in the all users\startup folder (batch scripts that would recursively load annoying .exe files)
- "net send" in IT to send messages to each other
- getting suspended, just lol at thinking giving you a week off school is punishment, especially when your best friend gets suspended with you
- swapping out whiteboard markers for permanent markers

We didn't even have a bell I don't think, just used to walk out bang on the hour. I remember someone bringing in a pigs head from a butchers and just kicking it round the playground once.
