How about you start off with having friends that don’t want kids or marriage? I still hang out multiple times a week. Do whatever the **** you want. You’ll be dead soon enough

Unless it's a lifestyle preference, owning is actually much more financially sound than a lifetime of renting. Yes, you don't have the freedom to drop everything and move as easily, but you can still sell/buy if you have to relocate. Main benefits are: long-term investment, net worth (the money you pay every month for housing actually goes towards your own net worth), peace of mind owning something and having 100% control over it.

I do think it also depends where you live, in some parts of the country it has become virtually impossible to buy property unless already wealthy. But then again, the rents in those places will be equally ridiculous.

LOL OP, 30-50 is a man's sweet spot.

If you're not using your peak time to have taken risks and be the man you've always dreamed of becoming, do it now. 30 is the time.

Life is meant to be lived on the edge.

I spent my late teens going to college to graduate early, I spent my mid to late 20’s building a career.

I am now blowing it the phuck out. This is the best time of my life. Married, kids, and we are reaping all the benefit of the sacrifices we made (my wife was with me during the struggle).

I don’t know about you, but I’m loving it.

Feel bad for all the betas flexing in mirrors to impress other men blowing 50% of their take home pay on cars to also impress other men.

Lol, just lol.

The real answer is you should be living your best life right now. 30+ are the best years man.

The problem is all you young taints got taken for a ride by ‘influencers,’ the media and other image pimps.

You got told you should be acting like an idiot all through your 20’s and missed out on genuinely finding a great woman. To marry, to protect and provide for. Likewise, all the women act like whores and think promiscuity was empowerment.

Now everyone is sitting around at 30, with no options. Dudes possess no skills to be successful as a man or a provider. They’re broke, have no drive and hate competition. They never took any good risk to push their own limits, so they lack true confidence.

Women are uploading snaps about it with 2 kids from two different random dudes they met festivals from their Altima in a parking lot.

Sucks to suck. Such is life.

What about mastering something or a few things together?

Doing normie things is well and good, but lots of people like Jung, Nietzsche, Maslow, Richard Koch, Robert Greene and countless others have stressed the importance of mastery in our lives.

All EOD does is complain. All day everyday. And when others give advice it's either he's done it already or too challenging.

You're almost 30. No one is gonna hold your hand anymore, people are busy with their own lives.

-Man up and take charge

Or

-Accept the rot life.

30? 40 is like your physical peak.

Read Hagakure...cultivate physical pursuits, after 40, focus on philosophical ones. Your life needn’t be over simply because you’ve moved on to another phase.

You have not experienced everything. Maybe everything an 18-21 year old would want to experience. But you aren't in that age bracket anymore. The truth is you can't relate to people your own age because you've never progressed past being 21 years old. I'm sorry but going bars and concerts isn't cool anymore.

You feel this way because you have no purpose. No goals to work towards. Etc.

I haven't went to bars in years, I don't even drink. There is just nothing to do now period. Everyone is married and has kids or became boring. And yes most people my age still drink to cope or have kids or have a wife they have to report to. This is the reality of being 30. My main goals are to just exercise, travel and chase storms and go to concerts. But I have nobody to do this with.

Nihilism has fcked you OP.

Time for you to read some Nietzsche and other philosophers.

(although Nietzsche went mad though)

Nihilism and indifference are poison to your soul OP.

You need goals, can be anything. Seek a goal in life, if you don't find one....it's game over, literally.

Op gave up on life at 23, yet has experienced everything? Lmao ok. Where you got this inflated self ego, I don’t know but you need to cut it out. People would probably want to hang out with you and do things but you think you’re too good, so you fall into the douchebag category. You don’t know chit, haven’t done chit, and you better come off that chit now before life serves you a real dose of reality and not the “online dating has changed” chit you’re always harping on. You’re 30 and single...you should have a new thread every week about some fantastic chit you do, but nope...More fuking tears. Everyone else isn’t boring...you are and the only thing responsible for that is the proudmanlet sized stick up your ass. Remove that chit slowly, and your life will probably start to change.

He's actually 30 and lives with his gf who he doesn't have sex with (not single), yet identifies as FA/incel and cries on the misc because he can't find 7/10's to cheat with.

The reality is most people do the same things work and go home to family after 30. Only on this forum are people saying life gets better after 30 and you can do anything.

I've already said I can't meet anyone anymore since I've gotten older....everyone has kids and is married

You're the only one coping you stupid *******, other people are happy whilst you're on misc making the same sad as fk posts daily, but everyone else is coping right?

You cope about being '7/10+' yet no girl wants to go near you.

You cope about how it's 'impossible to make friends in 2019', yet people manage it every day.

You cope about having 'done everything' when you've barely done a thing. What you think you've done everything because you've been to a few concerts and been out drinking a few times? LOL

You cope about being 'muscular and lean' and 'near your natty limit' when you're 170lbs at 6'1 with a fkin 34 inch waist

You need serious help.

You get negative responses because you make the same beta, weak minded, depressing, negative ******* threads every phukkin day.

Yeah I'm sure everyone is making friends easily after 30. Even though new studies are showing dating is getting much harder and loneliness is increasing in adults.
