Reminds me of this recent video I saw on ******** where 5 armed young hooligans broke into a guys home and robbed him

if that and this story doesn't make you wanna keep assault weapons around, I don't know what will

Fake news CNN of course calls the robbers "teens" and "victims" and of course has to throw in the use of "assault rifles" in the new story. Fuking disgusting

Well I hate it for the families of the deceased. But I'm glad the people defending their home were ok.
I know who I am. And after all these years, there’s a victory in that.

I don't own any guns, but if someone was attempting to rob my house, or had broken in for whatever reason, I am assuming they are there to murder my wife and child and I will treat them accordingly. Without a gun I am probably dead, but my only priority at that moment will be to find any way possible to end the life of whomever is in my house...questions and motives can be determined later.

Not questioning the legal aspect of it at all... The second the kids started firing on them the homeowners had ever right to do what they did.

Its just the logistics I am having a hard time understanding... and again mainly when and where the "assault rifle" allegedly came into play. Maybe more information has been released since this morning at 5:30am when I read it idk... just odd that's all

wouldn't be surprised if he had an AR at the front door or something, sounds like they just chose the wrong house

if i'm on my driveway at 4am and 3 people come walking up the street i'm not even waiting to see if they have masks, i'm running for my rifle
As I stated above I read the article from our local news this morning at 5:30am and there weren't very many details released at that time...

But 3 grown men were just hanging out at 4am in front of a house? I mean I suppose its not that far fetched... just weird... I personally leave my home every morning around 5am and I never see anybody just hanging out shooting the $hit... And the homeowner must of had his rifle close to be able to grab it and take the 3 suspects out before they got to him.. was he anticipating their arrival or does he just hang out in his front yard at 4am with his "assault rifle" all the time? Just so many holes in the story at the moment.. maybe there are logical answers to all of this...

again... kids got what they had coming unfortunately...

Good. Nothing of value was lost that day. I'm sure a bunch of liberal SJW clowns are bitching about how the thugs were good boys who were about to return to school to become doctors, lawyers, and astronauts and were just firing their weapons as a way of inviting the home residents to walk to church with them.

Define "mental health issues". Comprehensively, specifically, and explicitly, please. Also explain, in detail, the law(s) you propose or support that would implement this.

"That's not how it’s supposed to go. I understand one shot to stop the people, the victims or whatever, but aggressively to shoot these little teens, that's overkill. That's too much to handle,” said an unidentified male, who was reportedly related to one of the teens who died."

LMAO these family/friends interviews never fail to bring the lulz.

was that the guy wearing the red hoodie with cross tattoo on his chest?
if he is anything to go by then the other teen must of been an outstanding citizen...i mean look at red hoodie brah. he has a to be a CEO of a fortune 500 company.

theres no winning with these people.

either thats overkill bro, thats not how its not supposed to be or i know he raped and murdered your wife and daughters but he was a troubled teen that was trying to change his ways. dont sentenced him to death, thats not how its supposed to be

Details are scarce. "Assault Rifle" in the media can mean anything from an ar15, to a dark hunting rifle, to a black broom with a broken handle in today's climate of hyper-fear of anything that looks scary, and the lack of actual firearm knowledge in society.

It's not even the correct term. "Assault Weapon" would be closer to being correct, as "Assault Rifles" are select fire, military firearms. Definition of Assault Weapons had to be invented for the civilian populace to enact the "Assault Weapons Ban" of 1994, as there was already a definition for "Assault Rifles" which already had a ban on them for decades.

But regardless, we really don't know if there was a rifle at the scene, yet.

meh, if a family member of the deceased, hours after the event, openly admits the deceased was justifiably shot, you know it was legit lol

A person that wants a gun has to pay to get a psych evaluation from Psychologists. The psychologist makes a recommendation and submits to the background check.

Why are statists so scared of Liberty, Rights, and due process...you know...the Constitution?

How much would you charge for the poll tax?

BTW, you didn't answer the question. You used the term "Mental health issues"...what does that mean?

Well, according to the relatives, "How's it supposed to go..." is that bad guys should win. They rob you at gun point, you give them everything including you life.

If you fight back, and heaven forbid you win, you aren't playing by the rules.

It's really a fascinating dynamic. They don't believe that their victims are "victims". That the true victims are the criminals. Either they are victims of society, or victims of their actual victims. I'm being serious. Working with Adult Probation, I see this, hear it, and they try to explain it and literally comes out from bizzaro world.

"That's not how its supposed to go" Lmao

Clearly everyone's reaction to someone robbing and attempting to kill them should be thinking about how they are only going to shoot them 1 time. Are people actually retarded and believe in some kind of fantasy land where shooting someone just 1 time is a possibility in situations like this? Is Billy bob at 4 a.m. going to just 1 tap each intruder that's running around in the leg like hes John Wick or something to defuse the situation without anyone dying?

Or maybe he should take a long pause to assess the situation and see if each shot he takes stopped the target before firing once more?

A lot of people think it's like on TV and in the movies. And, unfortunately, those tend to be about as un-real (and bias) as you can get.
