Anyways, Turkey has been doing HT for a lot longer and cost of living is far far lower, so they charge a lot less. America is still top in terms of medicine and total cosmetic surgery, but not HT. At least in terms of ROI aka what you expect dollar for dollar.

I'm planning on getting a HT one day in the future, but i'd rather save up extra and get the best HT done possible, than go to a country like turkey.
Unless turkey happened to be the best period. Not best your dollar can get, but simply overall.
But i doubt the celebrities go there and probably get it done in california unless i'm mistaken.
I also read a bunch of horror stories of paying for 3000 grafts for example and only receive 1500. That would suck.
How many grafts do you think a norwood 3A needs?
Spoiler!

Thanks for replying!

Depends how aggro you want to be with it, I went to get the most out of it so I got 3350 at NW2, but you can probably get away with that or even less, it just really depends on you, your doctor and how aggro you want to be with it.
Safe bet is 3k grafts, upper limit would likely be 4-4.2k, but I'm not a doc and don't know your goals. You might be able to get away with less, my suggestion is to look up HT doctors on YT and get an idea that way.
Never once heard of that with grafts unless you literally go to the worst and cheapest clinics around.
Also consultations are free, so you can just mail pics to all the clinics you're interested in and they'll get back to you relatively quickly (some within a day even).

My parents were worried I'd be going to be some dodgy back street clinic, but it was the complete opposite. It was a proper hospital. The staff were all wonderful, they were strict with hygiene, and at no point did I feel rushed or anything. Nothing like the horror stories you read online. I did spend a good amount of time researching first though.
Ended up having 3500 done and it took about 7 or 8 hours.

It depends on what you mean by perfect, I think most consider NW1 perfect, so in that case sure.
Not NW0 yet though, but yeah look around and you can probably find something in the 6-12k range depending on what you're after.

First of all the capital is amazing (construction, high rises, overall infrastructure and greenery) , second the ride there is equally amazing (history, seas, bridges, buildings young and old) and third the cosmetic surgery industry is Godly there.
This vid is legit no meme
Hearing how some western media outlets were treating him, you'd think the guy barely held the country together, but in reality it's just the opposite and exactly how the video portrays him.

Here's the part about transplants that nobody talks about; You will probably keep losing hair, all accept the transplanted hair. As your natural hair falls out you'll be left with unnatural looking plugs. The only way to combat this is to get another hair transplant...then another, then another. You are essentially chasing your hair loss.
The bad news is you have a limited amount of hair on your sides and back of head to use as donor hair. So from the moment you begin with a hair transplant you are entering an anxiety filled race that you know you will lose in the end.
Its fine when you are young and still have alot of hair and you just want to fill in some thin areas, but young guys dont think too far ahead and what happens when you are 50 and the rest of the top is gone, all that is left is surgically implanted hair that will not look natural and no more donor hair? You'll look ridiculous.
Joe Rogan talked about this in depth. The only real option at that point is to shave your head and live with the scars or seek more even surgical solutions to hide them.
You can't beat nature, there is always an equal or greater price to pay for any "solution". The best long term strategy is to accept it, shave your head and move on with life.

Most capacities are 10k+, a good HT may be in the 3-4k range and you should recover 100% fine unless you go to the worst doc around.
Why think about 50? The way medicine is advancing, today's methods will look as primitive as Joe's HT he got 20 years ago.
>You can't beat nature
Are you planning to die at our NATURAL age of death for human history aka around 25-30?
No?
Feel free to thank humanity for being the species that continues to cuck nature.
Actually, best solution is as follows:
1.You're always showing your face and hair
2.Thus you should invest in showing your best face and hair
3.There is no singular item you can get for 10-15k that comes even remotely close to the life gains you get from having perfect hair;
Your car mostly sits in your garage
Your watch is just a watch, even the nicest one is just a watch
All animals care about hair
Humans especially care about hair and have since the dawn of man (see Caesar's hair coping strategy)
Deny reality at your own peril
You're not the Rock
You're not Jason Stratham
Being confident doesn't override glaring realities (most look bad or in the least worse bald)

As far as how fast "medicine is advancing" I've been hearing that for 25 years. Nothing has changed as far as balding goes, you have fin, rogaine, or hair-transplants.
Just as an aside human adult lifespan is not naturally 25-30. You should look into infant mortality rates and how that effects average life span calculations. Common misconception.

Transplants are only good for slow recession, and only at the beginning. A lot of these celebs claiming transplants are actually wearing toupees. Matthew Mconaughey and Johnny Depp for sure.

Oh true, didn't realize future=history, lemme get in contact with all the human endeavors in the world and let them know. Also just LMFAO @ acting like going from FUT to FUE and DHI=nothing.
45 years of progress:

You are betting against progress, I am not, have fun with that considering the obvious gains people can see in the past 50-25 and even 15 years.
You have not addressed the claims I made about ROI, you just outline problems.
Here's a major problem being bald:
You will likely look MUCH uglier
But at least you got your extra 10-15k and 5 seconds in the morning not taking fin, should tide you over.

Well I wont argue. To each his own. If it works for you and you are happy with it then more power to you. Maybe you know something that I dont but IMO the risk and the price you potentially pay is not worth it. IMO bald guys with shaved head look just fine, doesnt seem to be that big of a deal.

Having listened to Joe Rogan enough (I heard his hair transplant speeches) I would be more than willing to bet he refused to hop on FIN.
Fin changes the makeup of your hair to be like the hair on the side and back of your head that never go away. You know how old men have the donut or U-shape? It’s because that hair doesn’t go away.
Him doing a transplant I bet he refused to get on fin like the moron he is because “hurr durrr my manlet dink won’t work wah!” So he transplanted more hair to then lose through natural causes. Had he taken FIN then he would have kept said hair.
I love Joe but you have to respect the fact he can also be an absolute moron.
Edit: hopped on fin at 25 - absolutely ZERO sides. I think the limp dink sides have to do with older dudes experiencing natural ED

Got mine done in Istanbul Turkey as well. Norwood 3a. Quoted at 3.5k grafts but they gave me 4k in the end because I have finer hair. Experience was amazing. Hygiene on par with U.S. and everyone was highly intelligent and spoke 3-4 languages. People from all over were there the same day. I met a lot from Germany, two from France, another bro from the states and one fella from the U.K.
Total cost for the transplant and three-day hotel stay with taxi and interpreter was $2.3k US. Round trip ticket was $1300.
Hair transplants are one of Turkey's leading industries, which, between the currency difference and competition really drives the costs down.
I don't know if anyone else's was painful. They used a small "air gun needle" to pre-numb my scalp before injecting it 50 times with needles but it didn't do CHIT and I felt every one of those bad boys. Especially when they moved to the area they were transplanting and injected in the temple areas. It was unpleasant but I'd do it again in a heartbeat if I had to.

People from all over were there the same day. I met a lot from Germany, two from France, another bro from the states and one fella from the U.K.

Feel free to thank humanity for being the species that continues to cuck nature.
Actually, best solution is as follows:
1.You're always showing your face and hair
2.Thus you should invest in showing your best face and hair
3.There is no singular item you can get for 10-15k that comes even remotely close to the life gains you get from having perfect hair;
Your car mostly sits in your garage
Your watch is just a watch, even the nicest one is just a watch
All animals care about hair
Humans especially care about hair and have since the dawn of man (see Caesar's hair coping strategy)
Deny reality at your own peril
You're not the Rock
You're not Jason Stratham
Being confident doesn't override glaring realities (most look bad or in the least worse bald)
