The way I look at this is this.

Coaches come in all shapes and sizes.

World Record holder in the 400 meter dash of 43.03 Wayde Van Nierkerk was coached to his 2016 WR by a 74 old lady. She's the lady with white hair. This is after he broke the record.

Same thing goes for Michael Johnson and his coach from Baylor.

And I give effort alot of credit. I see him pushing himself on his instagram page and trying to get stronger. It might not be strong but at least he's trying. He could be a recovering alcoholic. We just don't know all of the details.

So yeah I get it that you all want to make fun of him because he's trying to give out advice and stuff. He's done that to me too.

Some people are taking it seriously and some aren't.

But yeah he's doing a good job. Seems like he's my age too. So I can relate to him somewhat.

At least he lifts which is more than can be said for 90% of the misc.

I honestly find him a decently solid poster.

I have never had issues with him, he's a very good encouraging and mentally and physically strong bloke. All this taking the piss out of him is just fun and games to people but the amount of effort he's put into lifting in general is more astounding then like 20 miscers who even fraud to lift put together.

Didn't realize Flex was also being hated on ITT, this fuking tank is at his current age and yet is still lifting with alot of fuking strength. Eddie Hall v2.0 and people ITT have the balls to talk chit about him lmao, you'd be blessed if he gave you any advice at all.
