Yeah I really never understood the logic on the TP. This goes to show we are programmed as a society.
If the chit hits the fan and you run out of toilet paper, why not just jump in the tub and wash your butt with water? TP is a convenience, not a necessity.

I got a few bags of rice, cases of water etc. But most importantly I went straight to my warehouse and brought home a thousand rounds of various ammo.

Average people who would usually have never considered stocking up on survival supplies because of some impending apocalypse will be buying up toilet paper, canned goods, bottled water.

None of this is based on logic or rationale. It is 100% a herd instinct. Because they see their neighbors doing it. And people on TV. And they have some primal fear of being left behind, as if the numbers alone have some truth or meaning to it that can't be explained, but must be obeyed.

I actually bought a chitload of toilet paper and other things about a month ago because I knew if the normies smelled pandemic fear they would flip out and strip the stores like the disorganized cretins they are. brb prepping for normie panic and not a virus crew

How the **** do you run out of toilet paper? that's produced domestically using trash/recycled paper. Foreign supply chains have nothing to do with toilet paper production

Pretty sure Walmart had toilet paper and paper towels when I went in there today. No Zicam doe. :/ The shelves for cold meds were pretty empty. They've also been out of a bunch of food.
