Melatonin DOES NOT induce sleep. It can increase REM. Diphenhydramine or Phenibut, KSM-66, all good but use the first two sparingly. Withdrawal from Phenibut is brutal.

I used to use the international version of ANS Diablo PM and my sleep was phenomenal but it's no longer available

English? Is that over the counter? I think I heard of the diphenhydramine is that the stuff in nyquil ? I had something that had it in it. Started with a D anyways and it helped more than this did.

Correct, zzzquil etc, but you can get the ingredient alone. KSM-66 is an ashwaghonda standardized extract that has many studies as an adaptogen that modulates cortisol, and improves sleep

The KSM has multiple overall health benefits which is why I would recommend it first.
